First off, don't try spraying your tag right outside KSP HQ... they'll give you free accommodation and three square meals a day for at least a year, which is nice... buuuut the food really sucks.
Anyway, what did I want... oh yeah!
Now I've been all released back into the wild and all that I wanna take my Hayabusa out for a burn.
So, where's the races at these days, huh?
Hope y'all haven't gone soft while I've been inside!
Christian looked startled when the Neural Net spat out a message addressed to his old AFC account. The Hackers had left his black net account active, but nothing had come through it when he made it clear that he wouldn't be running for them. They had enough cordiality to be civil, and that was that.
"Christian here, miss. Wha can Ah do foh ya? 'tis ah sad thin buh tha AFC hasna been foh almost twa years."
He paused, realizing his accent had gotten heavy with his emotions. Taking a gulp of Molly whisky from a glass on his desk, he continued.
"Tha I know of, no one's runnin races these days. A couple oh fellahs tried, but they nae realized the work the Club put inta it."
A lazy grin drifted across Christo's face.
"As to gettin soft... Tha's nae a topic talked abou so much as experienced!"
Super good to hear from one of the old crew, even if you did disband, real shame huh? Had some good times racing with AFC, never going to forget riding that track in Kepler, crazy stuff. That still there, or did some buzzkill navy-boys take it down already?
And hell yeah, even getting a bunch of hyped-up racers to sit still on the start line was hard enough, let alone organising it in the first place, gonna be tough pulling stuff together without a crew like AFC running things.
Anyway, you look super-comfy there with your whiskey... buuut, if you fancy maybe bringing the old Arrow out to dodge some gas-pockets, or cannon-fire, or something sometime that'd be awesome! Isn't the same flying solo, I mean, can't really show off to yourself, huh?
Let me know, and you never know, might even be able to pull a race together in the new year, then we can skip the talk and test out that softness on the track.
