With President Mildred Hawthorne's opening of Zone-21 and Alaska there has been a shift in restricted zones and the Chief of Police has new Standard Operating Procedures that must be presented and practiced immediately in the field.
Zone-21 and Alaska is now open to Ageira Technologies, Deep Space Engineering, Liberty Police and Universal Shipping traffic but that traffic must stay within the marked zones indicated on your nav maps and huds. This is called the Trans-Alaska Corridor and all authorized ships are allowed to be in that zone. Deviate from that zone and the LSF and LN are authorized to use deadly force against your ship. However, LPI vessels that are actively pursuing a criminal in The Alaska Corridor is allowed to leave it if the suspect does so first. Once the suspect has been taken down you are to fly directly back to the Corridor.
There is a rank restriction when it comes to patrolling Zone-21 and Alaska. You must be at or above the rank of Detective to enter and patrol. No Exceptions.
All entering Alaska must sign and agree to NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) should they wish to patrol Alaska. Anyone caught talking about there time in Alaska or Zone-21 will be dealt with swiftly.
All Detectives and above who wish to sign the NDA and begin their patrol of Zone-21 and Alaska must sign at the bottom of this Memorandum stating they Accept it and sign their name. The Chief of Police and Deputy Chief of Police are already NDA signatories due to their position within LPI and are not required to sign.

I suppose an update on my previous NDA is in order. I've read over the NDA and find it's terms and conditions agreeable. Though for the legality of the agreement i'll use specific wording. "I, Nathaniel Dawson, Lieutenant of Liberty Police incorporated hereby accept the terms and conditions of the Trans-Alaskan Corridor NDA, I recognize that a breach of this contract will be met with immediate and severe consequences should I break my oath of secrecy for anything witnessed within or beyond the Alaskan Corridor."
