I wish you a good day.
My name is Gabriella La Huerta, Secretary of Commerce for the Republica de Malta. While my disposition alone may summon enough to discourage most from dealing with me, I assure you that I have nothing but business and potential mutual interest at mind.
I'm contacting you primarily due to a dilemma that has been plaguing some of my transport captains traversing the Trans-Manchester Lane Network. Your station, whether it be by fault of identification or a freak occurrence, has been openly firing on Republic transport vessels and threatening the shipments exported towards their targets within Bretonia and the West.
For the time being, the transports on-board containments and their captain's wits should allow them to survive. However, I would like to inquire Old Trafford's parent company if any, and potentially the business of dealing with the Republic. Despite our naming, we are not affiliated with the rampant drug lords and slavery of those you may associate with Planet Malta, but by descendancy we do follow many of the same economic traditions. This much may be discussed later, as for now I'd like to establish contact with the owners of Old Trafford first.
I will be monitoring this channel, as will the Republic as a whole.

Thank you for making contact.
We are perturbed to hear that Old Trafford has been actively targeting your ships. From what my technicians have told me, it is set to neutral to all. This will be investigated and put right. It does, however, return fire if attacked.
Your comments about doing business with the Republic is interesting. We need to know more.
Be advised DSE) Bretonian Operations is primarily a construction and maintenance operation. Less traders and shipping, so this may have to figure into the discussions.
My captains are already reporting that they are experiencing a safer passage at the Birmingham Junction. I thank you for clearing this issue out.
I was not expecting the station to belong to a Deep Space Engineering firm, and as such this brings about a level of intrigue and definite interest that I couldn't have anticipated. I will begin by stating simply that the Republic is always looking to do lawful business with corporations across Sirius. While Bretonia is but a start, we are always looking to expand our level of impact on the commercial stage, and though Malta's stance on foreign organizations has always been one of negativity, coordinating with and working alongside organizations such as those of Bretonia have given the Maltese people the sign they need to show that the other houses can brings strength to our people through trade.
While DSE) Bretonia's operations may be focused on construction and maintenance, I would like to offer to your organization the potential supply arm of the Republic's commercial corps. Your station is in a rather advantageous position, as its location within Bretonia offers the Republic a neutral setting to provide potential logistical assistance, and while you may have other suppliers or captains attending to the station's requirements, I would like for this offer to serve as a chance to show DSE), and potentially other organizations, the level of coordination and reliance that Maltese captains can provide.
Should this be an acceptable arrangement, or should you wish to add something to this discussion, I would hear of it. Whichever it may be, I and the Republic would very much like to see business made between our two entities.

We are please that things have rectified themselves regarding Old Trafford's defense system.
I am also pleased to hear, given the tumultuous activities of some of the Outcasts raging through Liberty, that you are proactive in establishing a new order of practice with other people-groups of Sirius. You speak of DSE) becoming your potential commercial supplier. There is indeed much potential in that I assure you. I will raise this matter to the other members of the DSE) Board for discussion, and will look at the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and obviously threats of the venture.
Am I to assume that the goods to be moved are acceptable in the various houses? DSE) has a very strong relationship with the various houses and we will not want to ruin that relationship.
DSE) will deliberate and will respond accordingly.
