I have been contacted by Mr. Kyle Vaughn of the Voltaic Junkers again. He wants to have a little bit more business with you. However, his ideas are a bit unconventional. This brings me to the topic I'd like to speak with you about, Mr. Vaughn looks to acquire a few of your "Guardian" class Navy fighters. Mr. Vaughn is ready to supply you with everything you need to produce some of them and transfer them into his possession. If you are satisfied with just the required materials or if you have something else in mind, then let me know. I'll be the middleman between Battlegroup Harmony and Mr. Vaughn of the Voltaic Junkers.
While I'm aware you've been a middleman before for Mr. Vaughn, I'm afraid we need a bit more certainty on who we're dealing with before we hand away a few of our strikecraft. The Junkers have certainly pulled their weight before for the Battlegroup, no question on that, but his people are still a relative unknown to us, which doesn't sit well with handing out military hardware, even if they are offering to supply the materials.
What are they going to be used for? Where are they expected to be sent? Provide us with answers and clarification, and we'll consider his request.

First of, we currently have no intentions to even attempt the destruction of the Hudson-Texas connection or to funnel an excessive amount of civilian traffic through Bering. Certainly not in our name. And that's what it will be once our equipment is seen assaulting that gate.
For assaulting Cortez I will need to hear details about that. Junkers aren't exactly know for their combat prowess. We'd probably be better off giving our equipment to any other movement within Liberty.
So as it stands we will neither give out nor produce military hardware for Junkers.
