Now let me get to business. And who better to ask than my Maltese brothers and sisters, right? I have two proposals, well one proposal and one favor to ask. Oh, i almost forgot, i have send one of my fastest drones towards Malta with cloak technology blueprints for your use as you have prior requested. He should arrive shortly and you may begin with your own cloak production, if you so desire.
That being said, our installation is undergoing major changes, in operation and size. The drones are coordinating with top engineers and construction is well underway. Reason? Deep Space Solutions has a new path, a path of purpose and determination. And for this we need your services. I want to know if you can send military equipment, weapons, blueprints for defense platform systems, as well as engineers to instruct my men on how to construct a War Room for the new part of our base?? Tell me if this is doable and what would it cost me personally. Your engineers will of course be treated as part of a family and they are more than welcome to stay as long as they like.
The second request is more a favor than business. Since we see eye to eye, and as i have proven, i am willing to put my guns in the service of IRMM, would you be willing to upgrade my tools of destruction. I was thinking, two Kraken Particle Cannons. Your engineers could make the 2 technologies compatible, the civilian on board computer system and Maltese weapons. Since i am already on Malta, i could fly my ship to one of your hangars and leave it there for refit, provided you agree with this desire of mine.

I did receive and read your first message but there was simply an awful amount of work lately I had to attend to.
The IRMM simply gathers the blueprints of technology across the Sirius to learn and potentially use certain parts to upgrade our own, it's our job afterall. The blueprints for weapons platforms, which I assume will be utilizing Liberty made general purpose technology can be supplied without a problem. The munitions and weapons in question can be supplied using unmarked freelancer transports and freighters that would supply your base with industrial hardware, light arms and some blackmarket capital ship weapons too.
Unless you want a war-room for the pure feeling (which I would understand in that regard), war room can simply be your laptop with necessary connections to all the defense platforms and the base. Mauling enemy crafts from the comfort of your couch in another system. The two (2) Kraken particle cannons can be spared and adjusted on the fly once you share with me the name of the ship in question.

As for the visit to my home, i can understand you are busy. But i do hope a time shall come in the future when you will be able to take a few days of holiday, for the porposes of being my guest. Your arrival would of course be organised in the highest possible secrecy, to conserve your identity of course.
Thank you for letting me use your weapons technology and i can asure you i would rather selfdestruct the ship than let it fall in the wrong hands. For how much time your engineers need to adjust the tech, my ship is available at hangar 14 of Valetta shipyard.

Holidays are sparse and there's not a shortage of work, though, I will certainly visit your station to appreciate a partially Maltese installation deep in the foreign space one day, perhaps even bring a load of fine quality Cardamine for your use. As for the guns, you might be limited given the software incompatibilities, that should however be eventually lifted by occasional software updates. Have a test-flight to Ibiza and back to uncover any issues.

Administrator Shadowwalker, i understand the lack of time, giving what's currently going on in the Omicrons. Your visit shall be postponed until you have a reasonable amount of time for a proper visit. And yes it is a partially Maltese installation given all of the Maltese materials delivered for construction.
I also understand the incompatibility of your technology and i am looking forward to those software updates that might reduce my power plant strain.
On a final notion i actually have a proposition. A business proposition. Im looking to open a permanent trade route from Malta to DSS headquarters, for the precious orange substance. The product will then be distributed throughout Liberty via trusted cooperators whose expertise is working under the radar. And since i want top quality, i come with this to you my dear Shadowwalker. Are you interested in such a contract between our two organisations?
As a final thing i almost forgot in the midst of all the pressing work. A compensation for your deliveries. The new addition for the station is almost done.

Permanent trade is possible whenever you are, Malta is always ready to prepare any amounts of Cardamine for people like you. Quality will of course be provided and for that we have two ways of gathering the Cardamine since some clients prefer "human-gathered" one while we also have machines doing it always perfectly. In my own opinion, both are perfectly valid and price is equal. However, the larger the requested amounts, the smaller per-unit-price can become, yielding bigger earnings for you of course.
