To whom it may concern.
Your timely contributions to the Chadwick matter have not gone unnoticed. I will admit freely - off the record, of course - that we were not necessarily expecting such a violent response from the bottom feeders of Liberty, or else we would have made more preparations to contract your services ahead of time. It is somewhat needless to say that your off-contract deliveries have made quite the difference in counteracting these assaults by the Legion.
As tactical supremacy in the Jersey sector becomes more and more of a certainty, I wish to pivot toward a longer-term supply contract with both of your esteemed companies, should you be interested. Personally, I'd prefer keeping it rather informal, simply offering a fixed, flat-rate for deliveries made as long as demand lasts. We can work out more of the particulars if you find this of interest.
For now, I must return to the front. Adding Hellfire warships to the contents of the Jersey Debris Field is a thankless job nowadays.
In service to the Republic.

My name is Charlotte, I am one of the repairs and maintenance supervisors at Deep Space Engineering.
Before I continue, I believe congratulations are in order. I see you have successfully finished the second stage of construction, despite the troubles you have had with the 'bottom feeders' of Liberty. I am pleased to hear that our efforts in assisting with the supply effort were successful.
In regards to your request of a long term supply contract, I see no reason why we cannot continue with this. As it will be an informal contract, I will personally oversee this to ensure the supplies are delivered as required. As discussed, we will continue with the supplies we have been bringing to Chadwick; my only request is if the number of supplies required change in the future, you are to let me know. This way I will be able to increase or decrease the number of shipments as necessary while preventing confusion or unnecessary deliveries.
Sincerely,
Repairs and Maintenance SupervisorCharlotte Frank
It was a pleasure to cooperate in construction and upgrades of your modular station in old Detroit Munitions location. We are absolutely thrilled to see such prime location to be used by Liberty Forces. Looking at activity summary, we can take pride in logging almost 50 hours of flight time to supply your station. Expect another message from us to open discussion on project we have in the works on Detroit Munitions.
