Bonjour Leaders of Velvet movement.


I am the Commandant Vaillant of the Marine Nationale in service to the Confederation of Gallia.

Recently the Marine and the Intelligence have sent an expeditionary force to the Omicrons. I personally talked with some of your ships and possibly some of your leaders during our stay in Omicron Delta and Theta.

It appears that wedon't have any datas about your group. The Order told us you were fighting the Nomads while being neutral with the other parties within the Omicrons. As well you seem to be in charge of the Freeports in this sector.

That's exactly our mission. The presence of lawful Gallics ships shouldn't alarm you. In opposition to what some individuals could think, we don't bring the war with us. Not this time at least.

Yesterday our forces have helped to defend your Freeport in Theta against a surprise attack from the Nomads. Some of our ships get damaged and had to repair on the Freeport.

We believe some official agreement has to be made. That is why we wanted to know to which conditions you would grant access to our Gallics vessels on your bases.
