This is Captain Jonathan Seabourne of the OS&C liner Breezewood and director of OS&C's White Spa Lines division. We've been getting rumors of escalating tensions between Bretonia and Rheinland and wanted to reach out for an official government position on the security of the Omegas and of the Stuttgart system. Baden Baden is a jewel of a destination for our liners along with the famed skiing slopes of New Berlin, but we appreciate any recommendations you have about whether traversing the Omegas will be practicable and safe for the foreseeable future.
In addition, we pride ourselves on our humanitarian efforts as well as our luxury services. I evacuated over 100,000 from Leeds myself in the Breezewood. Should things escalate and you require a concerted effort to move the innocent out of harms way, know that we always stand ready to work with partner houses to avoid humanitarian catastrophes. Let's hope it doesn't come to that.
Regards,
Jonathan Seabourne

Herr Seabourne, please understand that these tensions are merely the concerns between Rheinland and Bretonia down to a diplomatic level. We have no means as to invoke actual conflict with the Kingdom of Bretonia as both of us have just withdrawn from costly wars. As it stands we are merely concerned with the dangers that the over-expansion and their current claims upon Aland that they won't recede may threaten the relatively neutral border worlds. If no one is going to keep Bretonian aggression post-conflict in check diplomatically, then it must be their neighbours that must remind they're no longer at war.
Unfortunately it seems that the Bretonian War Cabinet won't recede control to the Democratically elected parliament. So as we shall say, please leave it to us to deal with this hot-headedness.
Mit Grüße,
Staatssekretär of the Bundeskabinett Sekretariat, Karl Graves.
