Short recall, our base name ~ZMI~Pleasant.Terre. ~ZMI~ mean Zoner Miner Independant. ZM| is entierly different.

So, our subject, we think to build a non-armed extension base! Our hopes are nothing more than to have more place.

We are Zoner but also miner

as civilian base the docking rights will be set at opened!

Here the détails: I would like to see with the COO, how much could be the price to place my extension base and especially to build a shield and a storage module,

Dear Zoners,

It is nice to hear from another Zoner installation that requires some assistance from us and may I say humble greetings to you all.

Freeport 12 extension facility and its sister facility are primarily manufacturing facilities that are extremely busy which means my resources are very limited in what i can supply you in the way of operatives.

My first concern is that when reading your communication it seems to state that you require us to build an extension for you and with this in mind it is something that we would have to look into to see if our engineers can make this possible and also we need time to be able to establish a price for this.
Second part of your communication states helping to establish the facilities safety with a Shield generator and Storage module which will have to be priced seperately.

I need you to confirm exactly what you require us to do in respect of help so ...

1... Do you need the facility building.

2 ... Shield Generator building

3 ... Extra Storage building

Once I can confirm exactly all the details of your request I can have my engineers work out an overall price for this and will most likely be able to supply our contract vessels who do regular work for us to help create this facility.

This request is something that we can most probably help with and with you being Zoners aswell we would like to think we can accomodate this but I must express that if I need some contractors to suspend the operation for a period of time I will have to do this because of how busy our two facilities are.

I look forward to a more detailed verification of what you need us to do exactly and then we can work from there.

We have noticed during our various passages, the aptitude you have shown in placing your extension, we would like on your part, if possible, that you place our base in the most appropriate way aesthetically speaking, but also in the practical concern to *dock* easily.

For this purpose, we will provide you with the construction platform ready for use. Payment for this work, which you will have to estimate.

Then, what we propose to you by this contractual offer is to ensure the necessary deliveries for the good progress of the 2 modules.

First module: the Shield so that the work is not in vain!

Once the Shield is finished, you can move on to the 2nd step.

Second module: A storage dedicated to our need of space.

We can propose either a turnkey payment or establish the most accurate prices in the database!

The choice is up to you

First of all, thank you for your prompt response.

If I understand correctly, your company will not be able to handle the placement of the base, yet this is a crucial point of my offer.

Indeed, we do not have an engineer specialized in the positioning of the installations. In order to fill this gap, we will have to send one of our specialists to carry out the necessary training to carry out the project.

So don't be angry with us, but we will have to put our work on hold (temporarily) until our technician has acquired his specialization.

I would like to take this opportunity to say that we want to keep in touch with you, dear Zoners friends!

On the other hand, how many days do you think it will take to complete the contract? You can easily understand the reason for this question.

So, Leon Dante, for the moment we do not reject your proposal, but we can't launch anything yet without our extension.

Greetings ZMI - INDIMIN,

The contract I have sent you will be put on hold and held on our secure server aboard Freeport12 Extension on the belief that it can be arranged some time in the future.

Also we have some big projects coming up and we may be busy doing those in the near future aswell so re-instating the contract could be difficult but we will try our best depending on when you decide to do it.

The initial timescale we were looking at for the completion of the contract would be 5 days ......but as ive explained the contract is on a day to day basis so if it only takes 3 days you will only be charged for 3 days work.

This timescale is essential for us in case we need to remove operatives from the site of the base

For now good luck and certainly keep in touch and we can certainly help each other in the future if that is possible
