Neither being arrogant or aggressive is a physical offence. Unlike you, uncivilised bunch living on the fringe, we have "laws" and "legal traditions" that clearly distinguish between inhospitable behaviour, verbal abuse, and attempt to inflict physical damage. But it seems the concept of "legalism" is too tough for the GRG. Well, you want us to pay money for what, exactly? For our pilots being mean to you? You are quite a manchild if this really offends you. Let me make a counteroffer: by putting forward such implicit accusations, the GRG is making a grave offence of the dignity of high ranking Gallic Royal Navy officer which is quite punishable under the laws of the Kingdom of Gallia that are still in effect in the Enclave and its sphere of influence. This is clearly a hostile act, and the punishment is due. But I will be merciful this time and will demand a fine in the amount of 50,000,000 Francs (or Credits) paid to the Bank of Enclave (// \*/~Banque.de.l'Enclave).
Confused you are? Enraged? Looks funny? Well, this is exactly how your demands look to us. Still, you are becoming pesky and we already have trusted partners of Phoenix to entrust with our logistics support. I gave you our terms. You either accept them, or the retribution will come for you, sooner or later. Trust me, we never forget our offenders. And given that the Enclave is again seeing eye to eye with most of Gallia again, you might also be prohibited from doing any business with Gallia in the future thanks to our connections. Ah, and the warships' rendezvous with Freeports is still a thing, unless you reconsider our generous proposal.
I am disappointed in this outcome and stance of both of your groups. If Zoner ship is shot down in Taus by Enclave during negotiations, it won't do you much favour, Contre-Amiral. And threatening MY Freeport which has nothing to do with GRG, while I am still up for the deal we talked earlier.
This tends to get out of hands rather quickly and I am disappointed it happened again. We all want to have this sorted already as it has been pain for all of us for ages. But let's be honest, Contre-Amiral. If Zoners shot down one of your ships, would you still act in a calm way in negotiations?
Lawrence, I'd advise you to deal with any wrongdoings between GRG and Enclave just between you two and don't drag us into it.
Also I'd welcome Contre-Amiral to show us the laws so we can get familiar with them, like Enclave should get with ours. We don't need another war which will sap already weakened groups. Do we?

Contre, this is more directed toward my Zoner colleagues, at least, this part is.
Mr. Lawrence, the Contre-Amiral doesn't find your laughs amusing. In fact, he finds them insulting. Miss Malakai and I are the only two Zoner administrators out here and quite honestly, this is for us to work out with Gallia. Remember, Tau 29 and even Tau 37 while overall are quiet, is a hotbed of activity with Gallia, Kusari, Bretonia, Crayterians, the Outcasts and even the IMG out here. To that end, the Contre-Amiral is right, we Zoners won't do well against the Gallics so I would rather not insult them. You, Mr. Lawrence, don't live out here. Let those of us that do handle this.
Miss Malakai, Contre-Amiral, might I suggest that we meet on neutral ground and talk things over. No one wants a war out here and neither base is equipped to handle conflict on a grand scale.
Monsieur de Lusignan, don't let your anger with Mr. Lawrence bleed over to us. Two of us still desire to work things out and if you didn't notice, I have all but excused Mr. Lawrence from this process. Both Freeports are fairly low budget operations who live on passing trade ships. We have Med Force Enterprise staff here so if you feel they would be an asset, I will invite them.
Let me know what you think.
With respect,
Blaine Chara
Administrator, Freeport 6
Seems like we will not hear any more word from the Genesis group. Perhaps, they decided to show their wisdom in silence, before their interruption made our negotiations to go with even more tense. Therefore, we can proceed more calmly, shall we?
Madame Malakai, a copy of the Kingdom's laws has been sent privately. I hope you will find them interesting, and take something from them to be used in your Freeport regulations. Terms of neutrality between the Enclave and Freeport 10 have been agreed upon before, and should you follow our terms, we will have no reason to violate yours. However, Enclave Defence Authority refuses to pay the reparations to the Genesis Research Group but will forgive their offence the Gallic values if they withdraw the reparation demand. This is a simple offer. The Genesis Group will only win by ceasing the uprising conflict with such a leviathan as the Enclave.
Monsieur Chara, I appreciate your understanding and would meet with both of you with great pleasure. However, the Gallia is in danger now, and I can not leave my post. Therefore, I would insist us to proceed with the negotiations in online mode.

Contre, I think you will hear from the Genesis group at some point. Perhaps then they'll be more serious about things. Miss Malakai and I, asides from the presence of Med Force Enterprises in Baffin, pretty much look after the Taus. Since you are indeed busy, we could easily chat here. Simply put, Freeport 6 is a small, low budget operation that gets it's business from patrons in the Deadbeat Cafe , a few room and conference rentals. To say that I have something to offer you is foolish asides what I already offer to passing traders.
All that said, we only assist Zoner traffic with an occasional escort and watching Zoner interest. Your business is yours and we won't interfere. For now, its all I have.
