Bonjour, to whomever this may concern.
I am Doctor Cyril Belmont, physician to the Royal Family, and an avid researcher in a variety of studies but most importantly neurology and biology respectably. I've been keeping a close eye on the construction of the Uxeau Royal University. Prior to the fall of the Kingdom, I was working on some projects that were requested by the Royal Family itself, and my current lodging aboard the Royale DeFrance are quite lacking in terms of a full on research laboratory, and the potential threat of sudden decompression isn't exactly my glass of wine.
Today I'm approaching your company because I would like to purchase an entire research wing of the university itself. I've been allocated in excess of one hundred million credits to make the purchase by the Prince himself. My only request is that a large enough fallout shelter is built and area leading up to the fallout shelter is deemed off-limits to the staff and students attending the university, this is to ensure that I'll be able to conduct my research in privacy, for the Kingdom. So you can think of this as an endorsement of the university by the Prince himself, and to sweeten the deal I will also give some of my time to lecture some classes in both neurology and biology, as I will be on campus and assuming these lectures don't intervene with research vital for the Kingdom to succeed in reuniting the rest of our people.
Merci for taking the time to view this transmission, and I am looking forwards to hearing from you shortly.
A pleasure to make acquaintance with you. Je suis Jean-Michelle Montluc, second son of Baron Fabian Montluc. I usually assist my father in various matters due to his responsibilities to MAE board of directors, so please, do not take it as insult for him not to reach to you personally.
I am most certain your request can be satisfied as the amount of money will certainly be sufficient to fund the project in your mind. As the University is to become the beacon of academic studies in the Hebrides, I would kindly offer our counter-initiative to augment the facility you propose by creating an incubator for various biological studies (including those of possible military application) over your proposed isolated compound. We will cover the rest of the expenses. To respect the privacy of your research, the incubator and your isolated facility will be separated by a hermetic lift, while the emergency exits will remain independent of each other for security reasons. In addition to serving University's needs and our own research endeavours, this incubator will provide addition cover for your research facility and additional protection. This initiative is to use the adjacent territory and efforts put into the construction rationally. Since we are to build a subterranean facility, why not spend funds once for both projects. The layout for both facilities is attached below.
In addition, if you are interested, we are still hiring the high academic management due to the recent creation of the URU and would be honoured to have you as the Dean of our Medical School. I am certain, your expertise of being personal doctor to one of the member of the royal family makes you and adept capable of benefiting our whole nation by training the new generation of doctors who certainly will be needed in this jungle world. The position of Dean will give you more freedom and opportunity to choose your own academic cadres for the professorship at the school. Well, and the academic funds, of course. We would be delighted if you agree, but should you find yourself busy due to the responsibilities to His Royal Highness Prince Joseph, we would understand.
Availing the opportunity, please convey assurances of deepest respect and loyalty of House Montluc to His Royal Highness Prince Joseph of House de France.

Merci, merci, Honorable Jean-Michelle Montluc!
You have certainly exceeded my expectations in both response time, and in regards to the facility itself. I've looked over the blueprint you've attached, and it is certainly to my liking, and I appreciate the thoughtfulness that you, your father, and your company has put into the project for both of these facilities! I would also happily accept the position of Dean at the medical school, as we would need to begin the training of new doctors as soon as possible to ensure the sustainability of our Kingdom during these trying times. My duties to His Royal Highness are few and far between at the moment as His Highness is in tip-top health and physique. As such I will begin the hiring process for professors, the sooner the application process is started, the sooner we can begin working towards a better future for our people.
Further more, where would you like the funds transferred to?
I beg your forgiveness for the delay with the reply. We are overseeing a few projects right now and lack the personnel for secretariat duties since most of employees were shifted to other duties.
It is splendid that you agreed to our humble proposal. The post of the Dean is rightfully yours and the University will be avaiting your arrival. In the meantime, I am happy to inform you that the construction of the facilities previously discussed has already commenced and we expect its sonnest completion. You are free in the meantime to use any University's facilities as the Dean of Medical School, and subsequently the facility itself.
As for the funding, I would kindly reqest to use the funds generously granted by His Royal Highness Prince Joseph for the development of the Medical School itself, be it granting scholarships for talented or otherwise significant students, organisation of symposiums or conferences, or any other application for the benefit of the URU. You are also free to invest the funds i your private compound itself should you see it fit. Luckily, MAE right now has the stable source of income and we can bear the expenses in question without any detrimental effects for the profits.
I hope you would enjoy your new position and contribute to our common cause. You have the full support and faith of the Baron, and the support of His Royal Highness Prince Joseph, so I believe there is little that can stop you.
