Konbanwa.
The Golden Chrysanthemum Gen'an Cell, is still growing and we require additional combat vessels for our newest Sisters. The 5 Rapiers that were sold to us earlier are no longer sufficient and I was told to request more of these combat vessels. Even more so because a fatal engineering flaw was found within our new Iris shipline and they are deemed unsafe to fly right now.
I hope you are able to help us out with this unfortunate issue.
After all, Maltese engineering is highly favored within our Sisterhood.

Based on our records, the Sisterhood already have Maltese gunships, Rapiers and even Maltese battle transports too, therefore I see no problem giving away more mass produced ships to you and your pilots.
It's sad to hear about issues with "Iris", but I'm sure engineers on Ainu will be able to fix the current design flaws.

Greetings Senor Mendoza,
I thank you for the quick reply. It is true that we own Maltese Rapiers, battletransports and even gunboats. Maltese technology has been one of the cornerstones of our movement, besides ofcourse the cardamine. The orange dream has continues to bring prosperity to both Malta and the GC.
We occasionaly get requests of Sisters looking to obtain a Rapier. We frequently visit Malta for either a diplomatic mission, to repair our battletransports or tridentes on Valetta, or to fill our transports with cardamine. So our Sisters are frequently exposed to these kinds of ships.
As these ships are mass produced, would you perhaps be willing to grant our Gen'an Chrysanthemum Sisters permission to freely buy Rapiers on Maltese stations and shipyards? This way we wont have to open diplomatic channels each time we run out of Rapiers. We are the holder of Orange licence #001 under the Valezques Bill, which was granted to us by the Maltese Unitary Republic of Hispania.
This document is to certify that Golden Chrysanthemums (Gen'an Cell) is officially recognised in the eyes of the Maltese Unitary Republic of Hispania as licensed distributor and shall henceforth enjoy the benefits as well as bear responsibilities of the status provided under Velazquez Bill.
Any representative of the Maltese Hispania to whom the Grantee of this Licence shows this document is kindly asked by the Senate of the Maltese Unitary Republic of Hispania to render all assistance requested within the scope of Velazquez Bill and treat the Grantee favourably.
Good fortune and may Your orange dream come true.

The Iris fighters will be fine. It just needs tweaking before it is back to being fully operational. How long it will take before we fixed the issue is undetermined though.
I am pretty sure there's no reason not to provide our key ally in Kusari with ships. It's very nice that you are asking, but you really don't need to justify anything to buy smaller combat ships in amounts that would satisfy your needs.
You would visit a ship dealer at planet Malta, his name is Claudio Renalda, he will sell Rapiers and other ships of our line. And if you need gunships, talk to Antonio Patreze at Valetta.
Your sisters are most welcome to come over and buy ships you need.

I have expected a proposal like this. The Maltese Unitary Republic is gone, but we think, following old treaties with old allies like this, is our best interest too. This is why people in Ainu shouldn't be concerned with political turbulences on Malta. In exchange, allow Maltese citizens to buy Iris and get spare parts for it from Ainu. Naturally getting software and hardware updates for a ship in ongoing development is important for us.
Of course, all Maltese ships in the possession of the Sisterhood have to be registered.
In regards of Iris, if your engineers need consultation, we can send few of our engineers.
These days on Malta, they mostly do minor updates on our ships, so we can spare two of our engineers. They have studied spacecraft engineering from Ibrahim Casse, so I'm sure they can be useful for the experts of Sisterhood and speed up the development of Iris. They can also give advises on RM-3C Gunboat and CT-69 Transport maintenance for the local technicians if needed.
