Reaffirming the need for good relations between the two houses of Bretonia and Rheinland
Taking into account the Snowdown Treaty and the Omega Treaty and in no way precluding any future treaties regarding the Nottingham system
Jointly seeking a safe and prosperous future for the Nottingham system
Bearing in mind property and mining rights of Daumann Heavy Construction in the Nottingham system
The Kingdom of Bretonia (futhermore as “Bretonia”) and Daumann Heavy Construction (furthermore as “Daumann”) have agreed on the following:
1. Bretonia recognizes the ownership of Rugen Station, located in the 6F sector of the Nottingham system (formerly Omega-3 system), as the sole property of Daumann
1.1. Bretonia undertakes not to challenge nor dispute, in any way direct or indirect, the property rights of Daumann, to Rugen station in perpetuity
1.2. Bretonia will not allow any members of the Bretonian Armed Forces to dock and board the Rugen station unless expressively allowed by Daumann
1.2.1. In the event of a breach of clause 1.2. the government of Bretonia will be contacted, and the Bretonian Armed Forces will be levied a fine of no less then 3,000,000 (three million) Sirius credits for each infracting member of the Bretonian Armed Forces (BAF|) payable to the designated account of Daumann
1.2.2. Bretonian Armed Forces (BAF|) hereby pledge to reprimand pilots who are in breach of clause 1.2, according to its own internal guidelines and regulations
1.2.3. In the event of a breach of clause 1.2. Daumann has the right to demand 3,000,000 (three million) Sirius credits from each infracting member of the Bretonian Armed Forces (other branches than BAF|)
1.3. Daumann reaffirms that Rugen station is under the jurisdiction of Bretonia’s laws of the house and such laws will be respected onboard of Rugen station
2. Bretonia agrees that 1 (one) Rheinland "Donau"-class Cruiser will be stationed in the near vicinity of the Rugen station to enforce and regulate Daumann's property rights and secure Daumann's economic interests
3. Bretonia will not challenge Daumann’s mining rights in the Nottingham system
3.1. Daumann is given the power to regulate the mining rights within the Roth Asteroid Field
4. Daumann reaffirms the status of Nottingham system as sovereign system of Bretonia
5. Bretonia undertakes not to limit Daumann’s access to the Rugen station and Nottingham system as a whole in perpetuity
6. Daumann undertakes to assist in the construction of 1 (one) shipyard for The Kingdom of Bretonia at a location designated by the government of Bretonia and in cooperation with Bretonian corporation as designated by government of Bretonia without the right of profit
