With the much stronger grip on its domestic corporations, the new government in New Berlin would attempt to nationalize and take over ALG Waste Disposal or break it down to smaller pieces which would then be gifted to the megacorporations that they have openly declared for this regime (and supported it too) such as Daumann Heavy Construction and Kruger Minerals.

Do you agree with our estimations? Do you have any plans to liquidate your organisation's assets before the Emperor sends his loyal Unioner bodyguards to take them from you?

That's unfortunately a realistic prediction for how the Monarchists are likely to act towards us. Even if the company isn't broken up, the board will undoubtedly be replaced and any semblance of autonomy stripped. It isn't much of a secret that ALG leans strongly to the Republican side, and that's not something that they will tolerate if they succeed in securing control over the house.

The board is in general agreement that we don't see a future for ALG in an Imperial state. Already around a year ago now, we had brought up the possibility of moving some of the heavy metallurgic equipment from Dortmund to Bering, into the control of Harmony, if the situation with the government deteriorates out of control, since our headquarters would unfortunately be an unavoidable loss.

We can only hope that the currently ongoing Hessian offensive in Cologne will prevent the Monarchists from securing the system and thus Wuppertal, while Wichter's remoteness is likely to keep it safe.

If we follow through with this and fully commit to the Republican cause, we may well end up starting up more operations in Liberty to compensate, depending on how the situation develops.
