Konnichiwa, this is Officer Yamada, from Matuse Command, I have been designated the spokesperson on behalf of the Kusari Naval Forces to reply to your inquiry.

Regarding the situation in Rheinland, the office of The Imperial Shogunate did raise the alert level of KNF and KPT units in the Honshu and near sigma sectors. There are naturally concerns of violence spilling out to systems near Kusari borders, namely sigma-13 and 21, already under great danger due to the still present state of war between the Gas Miners Guild and the House of Rheinland.
So far, the situation has been stable, and 1st Fleet Command in charge of operations in the Honshu system and borders has reported zero incidents with the Rheinland Navy, and pirate activity has not diverged much from what has been recorded in peacetime conditions.

Due to Tokkeitai functions as internal affairs military police within the KNF, we can claim with assurance that the statement of said agents operating in "Eastern Omicrons", a designation unknown to us, is false. The lack of any KNF units in operations in the Omicrons invalidate the deployment of Tokkeitai in such areas.

I will not extend myself upon the comments regarding the war with Rheinland, for which there is plenty of public information available to acquire a well formulated picture. At this moment, peace with Rheinland is enshrined in a treaty signed by both Houses last summer. We can inform you that Federal Republic of Rheinland diplomats indicated to our government diplomatic channels that they were in the final stages of negotiating peace with the Guild as well, and that they would inform our government and the public when the time was opportune. If such efforts will prevail or if the civil war will irredeemably disrupt that, is not a verifiable fact for the KNF at this point in time.

I'm afraid I cannot comment on the anonymous person activities in Frankfurt or Rheinland space, nor his or her relations or business with or against the Rheinland Government or Military.
