my Name ist Ex. Flottenkapitän Kaufmann Holger of the Valkyrie Freikorps, contacting you for a contract.

As you may now, the situation is at the very least to say confusing and threatening in Rheinland right now. The arms race is a crucial part of any war. We have already contacted the Kaiserliche Marine regarding the permit of the following weapons, but, they need to be brand new, seeing as we only need more, not just the old ones. Right now, it's not just the Federals that are growing in number and decreasing in intelligence, but the Hessians too. They have started to make reckless attacks, in numbers more than usual. Nevertheless, I am convinced that there is a conspiracy between the Hessians and the Federals. Pardon me straying away from the main subject, but I have tried to give an overview of the situation. The Valkyrie Freikorps need your help in this arms race, so we can be more battle-ready for any potential threats. I will list in the attachment below the weaponry and ships that we need you to build for us. We hope you can help us in facing these new threats, not just on a professional level, but as brothers.

We have contacted the government to ascertain the current technology necessities and quotas. It has been confirmed to us that they can spare the snubcraft and weaponry you have requested. The delivery will be waiting for you at Oder shipyard.

Unfortunately I have to inform you that we have been told that the government cannot at this moment spare an Oder-class gunboat for you due to recent battle losses.
