[Not a bug] Thuringia system

Explain the bug thoroughly here.

I created a .:j:. New character i could not jump from Puerto rico to thuringia , it gave me a msg "Anomaly detected cannot perform jump" (or something like that)

Also i took a round trip and entered Thuringia from Hamburg ,after a small distance in open space ship was destroyed like hitting an invisible wall , msg was "[char name] was destroyed by a hostile ship" but it was not the case health was also ok.
