Our vessel, crew, and me is on a mission to provide the forgotten animals and beauties of Gaia the care they need. They have been hurt and neglegted for so long, this needs to stop.

1- Free space in Iskra Outpost for CUMEC systems that will enable Gaian Wildlife to recover while we plan their redeployment in Gaia.
2- Research agreement with Volgograd Industrial
3- Clearance on Coalition space for our vessel, "Caliburn class Destroyer, N|-Scyldtruma.Animalis" equipped with Solaris Anti-Fighter Defense system.
4- Research clearance on Coalition space for N|-Scyldtruma.Animalis, for the sole purpose of finding a suitable alternate planet for Gaian Wildlife.

I am Leon Gutierrez, current Premier of the Sirius Coalition. I have read the back ground context and find it all quite interesting. We have been aware of the Gaian cause for many years, but we have not seen it active in anyway until I have read this transmission. I do hope with the beginning of this, the Gaian movement will spring forth from it's slumber as I am sure a relationship between the two of us could be extremely useful. In the mean time, for the answers that you seek to your four items.

As for the first two, I can speak with the Minister of Plenty, Romanov and see if she can assist in this matter, if not I can expedite the process. But when you ask for "research with Volgograd Industrial", Volgograd is primarily a state-controlled industrial corporation , therefore if your looking for economic assistance then it is suited for that. 'Reserach' outside of industrial matters is best left for S.C.E.C . As for the last two, I will extend this transmission to S.C.E.C as they are our scientist group and may be able to assist you in that regard. If the High Commissar approves of your collaboration with regards to your last two points, then we can arrange a visa clearance such that you may visit New Moscow to see if can be of use to the Gaian wildlife.

Time passed since we were contacted by anybody from your movement. Glad to see the Gaians still around, and so committed to their ideals.

I think nothing wrong could happen with your visit to the green zone of the Coalition space. At the same time, I doubt you will find here what you seek. Jiang Xi, the planet orbiting New Moscow alpha star in Goldilock radius, still suffer consequences of the past catastrophic events. Of course, we interested in any proposals, how already decontaminated areas can be improved. Citizens of Coalition would happy to see Gaian wildlife, even inside CUMEC systems.

About the research agreement, we should know what exactly type of cooperation you offer, before to say how we can help. From the documents which you provided, it is not clear.

Thank you for the welcoming message. We'll pay a visit and would love to meet you in person/or with your assistant so we can discuss the planetory matter further.

As with CUMEC systems, we are looking for new bases which we can both gain and and give new informations; mutually. However, CUMEC systems are to never be left alone, so we need to transfer some of our crew and an executive officer there. CUMEC systems are always in communication with our vessel, and we may lock them at any time.
Simply;

1- We would love to deploy CUMEC systems on one of your Research stations, share information mutually, discuss potention new breakthrough in medicine.
2- Deployed CUMEC systems will never be left alone; we also need some space for our crew, one being an officer in Gaian ranks.
3- We will need some financial and military support regarding our CUMEC systems. Animals are costly, and our CUMEC systems are hand-built from already smuggled fauna of Gaia, and Planetform equipment. Both is hard to get. I am sure with your military prowess, you can show us where to find them; or even better assist us getting them, while working towards the same goal: Hurting corporate capitalism and imperialism.
4- If there were any planets suitable, we would need some high-tech industrial technology to start the big plan; transferring Gaian Wildlife to a remote untouched system. We are not capable of conducting an operation that big, and we know the Coalition is definitely well-equipped for any task.

After some consideration, I have a possible solution for you.

The Coalition can provide one of the hangar zones at Zhukovsky station for CUMEC systems deployment. Don't worry, hangar zones as well designed to have pilots near in case of readiness, so you or your people will have any required utilities. This one's placement near guests levels will also free you (and our servicemen) from constant security checks during visits in recreation areas.

For the research part, we will send сandidate Smovdarenko to organise this cooperation from our side. All our biologists work mostly with artificial ecosystems, but she visited Gaia before royalists occupation. Oh, and secretariate for science ensured me that she loves animals.

I also want to discuss, if it is possible to make broadcasting about those animals life with commentaries of your specialists on Coalition channels. Our citizens certainly will love to know more about them and your cause.
