Greetings all

First of all, I will state that any rumours surrounding my death and/or going rogue are greatly exaggerated. Secondly, I didn't announce my return straight away as I was in secret talks with the Liberty Government to debrief and to create an intelligence network, separate from anything we have currently.

Now to the point of my absence, I was taken prisoner by what I can only assume was a branch of the Order, after my ship suffered damage and I had to land on an unknown station. They interrogated and tortured me for as long as I care to remember. I never revealed anything sensitive and I actually wanted them to kill me just to end the suffering.... They did not and seemed to enjoy it towards the end.

I hope we can work together to ensure a safe and prosperous Liberty.

Once I have compiled a full report on my absence and rescue, I will inform you all in this communication. That is all I have to say on the matter for now.

You misunderstand my communication. I have no intention of rejoining the =LSF= This transmission was to inform the military and law enforcement, that I am back with my own agency and will help to keep Liberty safe by working along side said forces. I don't quite get why you thought this transmission was about returning to the =LSF=

As for rallying people to my cause? What is that suppose to mean? I am rallying to the cause of Liberty as a matter of fact.

There are several problems with your story here, so I will lay it out exactly as I have perceived it.

Firstly, you in fact showed interest in returning to the primary Liberty Security Force agency, as evidenced here. After warning you ahead of time that there will be a thorough investigation, questioning and to be honest with you, interrogation into where you have been for the last decade, you simply did not appear as requested, and end up forming your own agency with dubious government backing, presumably through contacts you've had in the past.

Now you claim this to be an intelligence agency, which suggest you have access to, or claim to have access to classified data pertaining to Liberty, but not only were you simply gone for a decade, you refused to appear for any sort of questioning, which leads me to believe you are hiding something, miss Wolfe. How did you make it through the system when you were immediately flagged as a security threat upon your renewed application to the force? It boggles the mind that we haven't gained an arrest warrant for you yet.

At best, you're a deserter and looking to avoid any sort of punishment. I believe you to be a rat, and to have spilled your guts to your captors. Is anyone willing to back up your claims? Any witnesses? Any Order cell willing to claim that they were, in fact, the ones who captured a former director of the Liberty Security Force?

As I said before. At best, you're a deserter.

At worst, you're a nomad agent.

Well seeing as 5th Fleet is included in this I'll weigh in our two cents. 5th Fleets Naval Intelligence Division is in agreement with the LSF. If you were to be held captive by Order cells as you claim, we would like to see a full and detailed report of what exactly had happened, why you were being held and most importantly, specifically how you had managed to escape your captors. I'm specifically curious to the circumstances of your escape as, if I recall correctly, it would be a rather difficult feat for a tortured and exhausted person.

We'll leave the primary investigation to the LSF, but we'll be monitoring the situation as it proceeds.

I am appalled by the fact you think I am a deserter and to crack under interrogation? That is laughable at best. Yes I did show an interest in returning to the LSF, but after realising that I would be out of the loop and not recognise a single soul, I decided to rescind my application. That in turn led to getting approval from the government to create a separate organisation to work in the shadows and to support our current forces.

As for how I got back in to Liberty undetected, that is above your pay grade dear. Also, of course I am hiding things, I am a spy after all. What spy doesn't have secrets?

And for the record, I never once refused to come out from the cold for questioning. I was never actually summoned, so the fault there rests on your shoulders, not mine. I don't expect anything less than to have your people watch me, hell I am watching yours with more than one pair of eyes. It would be in both our interests to work together and stop these petty accusations on my past. If you want answers, damn well ask the questions on a more secure channel. I don't wish the Navy or the police to acquire data they are not privy to. I have nothing more to say on this matter.

There are many things above my paygrade, but this isn't one of them, as it pertains to the security of Liberty. But I believe a mister Anoke, who is in Internal Affairs certainly makes far more in pay than I do, and is far better suited for this situation than myself would love to speak with you. While I would like to hear from the government that they approved you, I have more than enough clearance to be fairly positive that there was never any formal application for the registration of a new government agency.

Let me make this easy for you to grasp. I didn't escape, I was rescued by a team of highly skilled people who's identity I will not disclose. You know I was quite high up within the LSF, so I did and still do have contacts that would do anything for me.

As for gaining funding for this new organisation, I have private backers for that. Also due to the fact I was held in such high esteem, gaining approval wasn't too difficult. My loyalty lies with Liberty and always will. I am not here to cause problems, I have intel that only you could dream of having.

So instead of treating me like a criminal, we can work side by side or against each other.... That is your call to make, as I am happy with either. That is all.
