Message Contents:
Directors, good evening. I have been approached by a BMM representative enquiring about Bowex lending a hand with the construction of their new Shipyard in Cambridge right where Cardiff station used to be, before it was unfortunately destroyed. The Construction Ship Fenland is there but BMM are struggling to to get supplies to the Fenland in order to continue with construction. They would very much like a more permanent installation there to aid with the production of the shipyard and that is where we come in. In short, we errect a modular station to provide a more permanent basis for BMM and Bowex to operate from allowing more crew to work, more supplies to be stored in efforts to speed up production.
What do you say?

After deliberation by the Bowex leadership, it was estimated that his project for this movement in foreign trade puts us on a path where we will certainly benefit in some way.
Therefore, it is decided that you have carte blanche to put into practice the beginning of this project.
However, we note that there is no BMM or BMF agreement in the process. We advise you to let us know if this is going to be accurate or not.
Other than that, proceed.
See yourself in the Bowex documents.
Graciously:
