Now, I'll spare the presentations because I think your agents pictured already a nice interesting portrait of us. But, now I'm wondering, why would one of my captains get harassed with questions, after simply stating that we research technology that can help us fight the Nomadic menace.
There's no secret that in the Omicrons, we are filled with such creatures and that we are trying to defend ourselves from them at all costs.
And when we reach more peaceful systems, we'd like to not deal with people trying to get informations that are not true, like one of your agent claimed that experiments on Nomadic technology was happening, with no proof of so, even after we proved them wrong.
I'm attaching the logs provided by my captain from the beginning, where he clearly was caught off guard by their hostility.

I have read your transcript and quite frankly, the questions of my agents were justified. You proceeded to evade and try and make it out we are a hostile force. I find little evidence of harassment, my team were doing their job. All you had to do was give answers. And my agents were friendly, right up to the point you decided to avoid any questions. Also that wasn't an interrogation, believe me, I know.

I think you are new to the job then.
You want to obtain informations out of no-where from us? You do not have any authority on us, especially with this type of behaviour. Especially from a rising organisation.
Our kind doesn't like to be treated that way, especially when we gave harbor to your people aswell on our stations, so we just want a bit of respect.
So, if you want informations, you need to provide informations, don't you think? A fair exchange.
Oh I am not new to the intelligence and spy game, trust me on that one. I was very high up in the Liberty Security Force before my long absence. I know how to run my organisation. Also we never said we had authority over you and your people, we were merely asking what research you were involved in. Maybe, there could have been something there for both of us to gain from, instead the questions were just avoided and my agents were treated in such low regards, they resorted to more hostile negotiations.

Now this is an approach that works for us.
Maybe we can start by presenting ourselves properly?We'll start.
We are the Genesis Research Group. A Zoner organisation that aims to research and develop ways to defend our selves and fight the Nomadic threat. As you may understand, we are in direct contact with them in the Omicrons and most of the Zoner population resides there, so we try to protect them to the best of our abilities, along side the other Organisations within Zoners which play an important role.
We are the Liberty Intelligence Agency as you may already know. Our main aim is to ensure the safety of Liberty, working along side the Navy, Police and Security Force. We wish to eradicate the Nomad threat and identify anyone they have working for them.
To do this, we aim to gain allies in and around Liberty and especially in the Omicrons. Share intel and research that isn't classified to the public. I hope this means we can have a working relationship in the future, as your vicinity to the Nomad problem is to our advantage.

I can see how the LIA would benefit from such 'frontier' knowledge when it comes to dealing with the Nomads.
What I don't see is how it would benefit our organization to split already limited resources from their current
responsibilities and tasks, to assist you instead of our fellow Zoners.
What does the LIA bring to the table to make this a proper working relationship, an actual give and take?
We aren't asking you to split your resources. We are merely asking you to share information and possible Nomad movements throughout the Omicrons. LIA will offer protection to your ships as and when we can and we will share information that benefits your organization. Should research data be available from either of us, that can aid in the fight against the Nomad threat, we can share that also.

Protection from the Nomads is not something we actually lack, that said extra arms to combat them is not something we will refuse.
I think it's fair to say that the grounds for a stable relationship between our organizations should be founded on mutual trust.
It is on this principle, building trust, that I shall take a leap of faith and believe your objectives are truly as you claim.
Frankly, it's a rare and welcome sight to see an organization who prioritizes fighting the Nomads over other Humans.
As a sign of good faith I am sending you a small gift, a crate with a set of "Scythe Mk II" Tachyon Cannons, four of them to be exact.
You will also find a singular "Hades" Pulse Cannon included as well.
We are aware that Libertonian technology is advanced, but sometimes there is a need for something different to realize ones goals.
I will have them delivered by one of our agents at a base of your choosing. Hopefully they will serve you well.
On a different note, somehow not too long ago we heard that someone put adapted nomadic technology on the Black Market. We cannot stress
how dangerous a development this is, I suggest your organization be on the lookout for individuals with such weaponry if you are not already.
Oh, and one last piece of advice.
There are very few people you can trust in the Omicrons miss Wolfe. You can make alies quite easily to fight against the Nomads, but the
moment you have something they want? Be it supposed "saints" like the Core, or "terrorists" like the Order, they will aim a gun at the back of your
head without a seconds doubt to get it. Wield your diplomacy well miss Wolfe, but don't become dependent of another group for your operations here.
I hope you find this information useful, consider me curious to what degree your organization can reciprocate.
First of all, I appreciate your kind offer of technology and will take delivery of this as soon as I have a ship available to head your way.
