Greeting to whom it concerns



My name is Toga Triago Captain of the MNS-Jalapeno, I am hereby asking for permission to assist the core forces in the enforcement of core laws and the eradication of Nomad forces from your delta space. The ship I am bringing is a Ranseur class battleship prepared with the weapons to aid and defend any and all core assets if the time comes. I am requesting permission to enter delta space and to be allowed to hunt the alien species while also using your base to restock and resupply to prevent unwanted travel times. I understand with this comes a heavy load to trust an outcast to abide by all core laws. I here to solemnly swear to uphold core laws and guidelines while I am present within delta. The only request I make is to allow myself and my crew to use the MNS-Jalapeno to eradicate the nomad forces and assist the core when required.
