Ah, yes, hello sis. I hope your call means that you are not upset at me for being rude to those Zoners? I did not really realise that you have managed to get them on their knees and never apologized for the mistake I've made. I'm so sorry. I hope the damage to our diplomacy was touched up, eventually? I mean, you must forgive me, I lack experience, and I won't gain any if I won't talk to people about diplomatic... stuff.
But I have to admit, I've missed your sweet voice and your lovely face. Really happy that you have time to talk to me. How have you been?

Alex, I'm sorry, but you might not hear my sweet voice soon. Things are happening in Bretonia. We might be staring at a tectonic shift in the government. It is not about Zoners, this is big. Frankly, I don't care about them, they are my job and nothing else. But this, this might be serious. The Steiners have withdrawn into the shadows for reasons that they won't discuss. There is a power vacuum and they've named me Representative of House Steiner. I very much doubt there is going to be civil war, but there will be some disarray and I might possibly become a point of focus. You are not safe with me and... And I am pr-proud of you, Alex. Did I tell you I used to have a sister? She-she pa-passed away... when we were 13. She was so frail, we both were back then. But you, Alex, are are a she-wolf! A real menace to cross! I have a job for you to keep you entertained while you are away... if you're interested?

Steiners did what?.. Do you mean ALL of them? That's unusual. I've only talked to Victor and he was very kind to me. In fact, it felt like he's hitting up and just wants to fuck me. Not like I minded it, but he was a little too weird for my taste. I mean, I almost gave in at some point, but then I remembered about father and you and thought that it would not be proper. Now when they withdrawn from everywhere and no longer control SIS, I feel like talking about it. Maybe money and influence slowly turn people into the weird bunch. I should still avoid Cambridge, I feel, they might be sitting there.
And please don't tell me you are intending to go and do New London politics. Because it almost sounds like it. These assassination attempts make me feel stressed and worried about you. And it's just you being General-Governor. I am worried about you... Uh... Being involved, it can be ten times more dangerous than it already is.
I wanted things in Exeter to calm down and us living together in paradise. You and I. Maybe I'm a little naive and sentimental, but please be careful out there. You may call me a she-wolf, but without you I am nothing. I understand why you don't want to keep me, a bastard, next to you, some people may be insulted with my very presence. I do whatever it takes, I trust your feeling of politics and all things.
And you know, I am always feeling honored to serve you. Liz. I am trying to look after civilian affairs at Exeter right now and I still have some free time. So if you need anything, just let me know.

I'm a... bastard myself, Alex. That would be a silly reason to move out. Dad marginalized me because of it and I'm not going to do the same. Staying with me is unsafe, but I must do what I must do. I can't fix all this mess as a measly governor! Great things always come with risk. But I had rather it is me who takes that risk, Alex, and you who enjoys the spoils. It is safer to be a mercenary now than to be with me, and I need some mercenary contacts. There was this band for hire called the Reavers, my predecessor on Exeter used to be their member. They were very useful for us. We would never have got our hands on the Hellbound was it not for them... albeit there are stories of what they were like when they were on the enemy's side, many years before my service. Horror stories! I had rather have them on my side. I would like, Alex, if you could try to join them. Say that you admired Dagon or something, but don't mention me. It is not public knowledge that we are related and I had rather it stays so until that is safe. You remember Dagon, right?

Me? A mercenary? I don't know how to feel about this... You are not just sending me away, right? I know I've been causing some troubles, but um... If that's what you really want, I may try. I hope it won't get me killed, I am a trash pilot and you know it.
About Dagon, you will have to tell me more. I've never met her personally and only heard some things from soldiers around here. But it's not like I have a cohesive picture of her. If I am to fake being her fangirl, you will have to tell me more.

Ah, the Full Metal Commodore! She was actually your type indeed. You would have liked her. I didn't, she was not the person to govern Exeter, but you would. The only word she ever told any Zoner was "kneel". Calling her an "iron lady" would be a euphemism. She had a bionic arm... I'm not sure which one... and a bionic eye. But it was her personality that gave her this nickname, I'd rather say, not the fact that half of her body literally was made of metal. She died for queen and country, taking an entire Valor with her... I believe Le Cendre. I believe that was the Valor that killed dad, too. I had much respect for her because of this, she was a perfect soldier. But a woeful governor. Her management of Exeter had done so much damage that it took me months to repair it! But don't talk of this. Focus on the bright... well, no, that isn't the word... everything was dark with Dagon... focus on her more... productive traits, I'd rather say.
Oh, and I believe she had something to do with the Steiners. Victor always blushed when I mentioned her and it made me jealous. Tell them the Steiners sent you as... as a compensation for Dagon's contribution. I am a representative of the Steiners now, officially, so that will not be a lie. A devoted recruit who wishes to follow Dagon's footsteps. But do come back to me in one piece, alright?

It didn't work, sadly. I am very sorry to be such disappointment. You know I was never properly trained to be an undercover agent. I am stuck at California Minor, waiting for Y'Berg to come and pick me up.
I hope I am still welcomed at home? I know that fuck ups are not welcomed, but I will try and do my best next time, I promise.

Alex! Thank God, you're alive! I will never send you alone on something like that, never again, never, never, never! Come to Exeter with Yberg, tell her to hurry, I'll tell the servants to prepare you a good bath. A good bath will wash away any filth you may have picked up in Libertonian slums. Come back to me, I cannot bare worrying any longer!
