Your guys helped us fight the Concorde's units back in Texas and further in Cali. There is some other group now thinking they can hold Alcatraz for their own. From what I saw of them they're foolish for picking a fight with us. We're quite busy taking on the Navy in California until we can proceed to crack down on the Commonwealth.
We really don't want to get involved in your turf wars but if they attack us, I have command over a few ships that can help you gain control over Alcatraz. All I would want in return is free access to the installation as everyone used to have. And I will want to move my own transports through.

This message not only caught my interest, it also caught me by suprise.
I am aware that a bunch of my people happened to assist in the attack on the Concorde Battlegroup in Texas, but I didn't imagine that you would remember it or make much of it at all.
Now, I am not very invested into how the Navy, or in this case, former-Navy Officers handle cases such as this, but it does come as a suprise to me that for once, a Navy ship apparently did not open up on Rogue ships regardless of transponder identification.
Even moreso am I suprised by your willingness to assist us in what could be a meaningless conflict to your movement. It pains me that Alcatraz, which has previously been known in the Liberty Underworld to be open to basically everyone, is suddenly being closed off for seemingly no reason whatsoever. I do believe that the Depot should remain as it once was - a safe haven for the worst of the worst, and I've gotten a few people on my side sharing my opinion.
I'll inform your group in case we require assistance, intel, or anything else that might be of use, and in exchange we will be letting you use the station as has been done for years, so long as we control it.

This is not exactly a deal with the whole organisation. We're very busy fighting a bigger war. I see value in Alcatraz and your Rogues. And I see an obstacle in that gang claiming the installation. It appears they've angered the Outcasts as well. I'm not sure if they have an endgame but currently it looks like suicide. I just hope they'll provide some shred of fight.
The deal is sound. My division will focus on the immediate area around Alcatraz to be available.

In an attempt to thwart the progression of the other Rogue Pack that we have previously spoken about, it has been decided upon to look for opportunities to attack them within the Texas System, pushing them away from what we would like to consider our territory eventually. We have already begun launching small-scale strikes even before I sent this transmission.
Given the Battlegroups previous experience of combat in the Texas System, we would highly appretiate some form of assistance with the strikes against the other Liberty Rogues. The condition stays the same as before: Your people will be allowed to use Alcatraz
to which I am willing to add: and any station that will eventually fall under the control of the [R]ogues for the time being.

I like that deal and we're still working with the same resources as before. My division for now and nothing else. Thought against that unorganised bunch that should be more than enough. Still I hope to get a good fight out of it.
I've checked with command and we have no rogue base registered within Texas. Where are they operating?
