my name is Caitlyn Cross I am Subdirector of OS&C a Member of the Board of Directors, and Head of the Triton Expeditions Daughter Company. also, I am Capitan of the Red Velvet Club a Palace Class Liner. today the Velvet was on a Routine Tour from the Liner Hawaii to Planet Erie, as we were stopped by one of your Officers in the Pennsylvania System for Carrying One Crate of Synth Marijuana. we Carry this for Medical Purpose and Filed a Request for a License that is still Unanswered. but as I had multiple meetings with Officers and Navy Personal, and after I explained the Nature of the Marijuana to them there were no problems so far. but this Officer Threatened my Ship with Destruction the Velvet Carried 3000 Passengers at that time so he was ready to Commit a Mass Murder, for One Crate of Medical Marijuana, that is Looked away in a Save in our Med Bay and will only be used for Patients that cant is Treated with normal Painkillers. this is an unacceptable thing as Liberty is a Partner House of Orbital Spa and Cruise and your Officers should Protect Civilian Shipping and not Threaten it. a copy of the Conversation with the Officer will be in the Attachment

LPI officer might have been overzealous but you broke the law. Due to that, our investigation revealed no issues in how Liberty Police were enforcing Liberty laws.
