Je vous salue.
I am afraid that without a full ceasefire and a number of guarantees we will not engage in hostilities against Kusari Naval Forces. The full ceasefire would begin such a process, but it was declined by your side. A number of enemies are flanking our positions, so as the responsible commander, I cannot take such risks of being backstabbed by you.
With the current configuration the best thing we can offer is not to make it worse for you in Languedoc, unless, of course, you have changed your mind already and about to rethink what future of Gallia would be.

Prévôt Viviane Dior,
A large holographic image of Vaillant sitting on his command chair appeared. We could see the old Kingdom of Gallia emblem on the back of the chair as it was not facing the screen. Suddenly, the chair turned in a fast move towards the luminous screen showing up a determined Vaillant holding a glass of wine in his right hand.
I am afraid my proposal for a restricted ceasefire in Languedoc still stands, Dior. J'adore how you can just change your mind that quickly. You did agree on our proposal and seemed to be satisfied with it for the time being.
But you contact us again for a full ceasefire? Do you think my words are just empty, Dior? You need to earn our trust first, And this takes some time, and not some hours. It is necessary before to proceed to any other major change. We have been lifting the blockade as disucussed. Nothing can prevent us to put it back.
I am curious to hear what led you to such new decision. Now it is up to you after all.

We are engaged in the number of conflicts on multiple fronts. Opening a new front without having guarantees is not the smartest decision ever, as now Admiral, you should understand it. We are responsible for the forces we have under command, responsible to keep Hebrides Gallic. It's very simple, isn't it? Unless you don't want Bretonian flag to wave in Aquitaine.

I will refrain from commenting on your recent achievements in fighting this so-called "Empire". The situation looks shockingly grim, not like I expected any solid performance from the bunch of traitors and cowards, but it's even worse than I thought. Gladly for you, I'd rather shot myself rather than see foreign fleets invading Il-De-France.
I will get it straight down the line, I know the Duchy of Burgundy is missing one of her fleets, commanded by the person with unquestionable loyalty, Rear Admiral Bastien Savatier de Fontenoy and having Rocroi as it's flagship. This fleet is still loyal to the Crown and still being inside of Gallia somewhere. Since the enemy is soon to be at the gates of our capital, Rocroi must stand in their way. I imagine after slicing through Sirians fleets it will depart to Taus or Hebrides to regroup with the rest of royalist forces.
As it stands, we are almost ready to have a temporary united front and kick them out. Since it's the matter of the integrity of the borders of the Kingdom of Gallia, there are very minimal conditions to be upheld.
For the exception of radicalized elements, enforce a full ceasefire between the Kingdom of Gallia and "Gallic Confederation" for the time of the war with foreign House. Naturally followed by an exchange of all prisoners. All loyalists are to be allowed to freely leave prisons and depart to Hebrides, on our part, we will release those traitors who we detained and send them back to you.
Don't make me wait.

Reality is often disappointing, but I can assure you that the reality won't make you shot yourself that soon. Some things have to be finished and when they are, they'll change the destiny. The price of victory was high but we are on the way to it now.
The Kusarians won't make their way that easily to Ile de France, and they won't have the opportunity to enter the system either way. Their forces will be completely destroyed in the upcoming decisive battles. Before the end of the Gallic war, the New Paris Trinity composed of Rocroi, Venissieux and Epinal had the task to defend our main planet from the trai-...I mean the Conseillards.
I was on the main frontlines in Leeds at this moment. The Rocroi vanished when Venissieux and Epinal decided to stand down. I always knew that Savatier did not escape from Gallia. If the Rocroi and Savatier consider to assist the Confederate Forces effectively, they have to follow our plans for the counterattack. Despite the Kusari forces entering into Burgundy, our forces there are still strong enough to repel them. The fortress of Avallon is not easy to take.
Kusari's main chances to enter into Ile de France is from Dauphine where their main forces are struggling against a weakened Pamiers. Currently, it is a race between the two sides to reinforce the frontlines and it is vital to win before any other breakthrough happens. It is interesting deploying the Rocroi to Dauphine for that matter. The ship can try to attack the flanks of the main Kusari spearhead.
I see you are trying to show some level of trust with this exchange of prisoners. As for these 'radicalized elements', we expect from the Royalists main forces to let the Confederate forces eliminate them if they become an annoyance for the coordination of our forces against the invader. It is in the sake of Gallia after all.

D'accord. Rocroi moving down south is in our interest, as you can imagine it being isolated and surrounded at it's current position is far from perfect from strategic point of view. Rocroi communication officers should soon contact your local command to coordinate the redeployment and avoid incidents where they are possible to avoid. We kept the battlegroup as combat ready as possible considering the harsh conditions, I am sure our officers will do their best to fullfill their duty in combat.
I believe prisoner exhange locations and conditions are to be set later, when situation at fronts becomes more stable.

Excellent. I shall be waiting for this communication. Our forces will as well be noticed of this new change.
We will set the terms of the exchange of prisoners later, indeed. This is more reasonable to prepare it once the situation is stabilized.

I am pretty sure you do remind me isn't it? That is why introductions won't be necessary, at least from me.
Let's get to the point. Your help in the recent events in Dauphine have been essential so far, with the Kusarian forces obliged to retreat from the system. The war isn't over yet sadly, but our victory will soon be inevitable.
I recently learned from the Order that you have cooperated with them to eliminate a person named La'Row. This information surprised me while I know that La'Row is an infectee, manipulated by the Nomads. I am personally interested by this matter, as this so-called Duchesse attempted to corrupt with my mind with her words and some other questionable methods.
You certainly have more information to share with me, I believe.

Amiral Vaillant, a naval officer that drinks on duty, especially in the times of war, is a bad taste at best.
I am Contre-Amiral Antonin de Lusignan from the Enclave Defence Authority. You may be not familiar with me, but I heard a bit about you, Amiral. I expected you to be a bit older.
However, let us better get to the point, indeed. The kusarian forces are retreating from the South of Gallia – I have to admit this is our mutual victory. Despite the conflict between the Enclave and Confederacy, the remnants of the Kingdom and its Royal Navy does never forget about our duty to protect Gallia from outside threats. Our internal affairs remain internal – no foreign interference is welcome.
Duchess La'Row's case was... odd. We had a chance to observe her battleship was escorted by unknown organic nodes and various civilian vessels, transponders of which were unstable, incapable to provide us with the information to whom these ships belonged to. As Order revealed for us later - these vessels were under the control of the so-called Wilds, while organic nodes were the Nomads, an alien race you should be familiar with. That was enough to consider her, La'Row, dangerous for the Enclave and execute as a traitor of the state.
La'Row has been destroyed alongside her battleship, the Charente. Despite that the loss of a Valor is a big waste of resources and a disrespect toward the engineering achievement of Gallia, she is no more a threat to our society.
That's all. Keep fighting for Gallia, Amiral Vaillant, and drink less wine on duty. Contre-Amiral de Lusignan out.
Sender: Amiral Pierre Vaillant Recipient: Contre-Amiral de Lusignan Subject: Situation in Gallia and glass of wine
Monsieur de Lusignan,
A large holographic image of Vaillant sitting on his command chair appeared. We could see the old Kingdom of Gallia emblem on the back of the chair as it was not facing the screen. Suddenly, the chair turned in a fast move towards the luminous screen showing up a determined Vaillant holding a glass of wine in his right hand.
I am not familar with you, monsieur de Lusignan that is true. However it is sad that the first impression I have from you is naivety. I don't personally believe that an officer drinking on duty could ever become an Amiral, Lusignan. The glass of wine I have in my hand right may give this impression, yet, it may be water with some dyes, don't you think? That is a plausible possibility. Or it may just be a glass of wine, but its purpose wouldn't be more than impress the guests I encounter.
I hope I still can count on the Enclave assistance to push an end to the foolish plans of Kusari regarding Gallia. Oui? Bien. The Duchy will have enough strenght to push them out of Burgundy in the next operation.
So La'Row is indeed, dead. She was representing a threat to us and possibly to the Enclave reputation, since I often heard there were a lot of infected cases within your ranks. My source can be guessed quite easily, I believe.
Either way, we will now focus on the next phase of the war.
