Konnichiwa,
As you are all well aware, the Naval Forces have launched an operation into the Tau Cluster less than 30 days ago in an effort to pacify the sector from hostile forces or organisations that seek to disrupt the peace, as well as secure the border from insurgency attempts. Maintaining these objectives is no easy task for your kingdom alone- still recovering from a years-long war, nor is it a task to give to a force that could barely hold on its own with a size that could barely match up to one of our fully-fledged fleets - the Crayter Military. Said military failed to uphold its natural duties as it holds a primary junction in the Taus and allowed for an insurgency attempt into Kusari proper by Coalition Forces that aimed to establish a base of operations, which have been swiftly disposed off as mentioned in the KNN article.
Fortunately, Crayter Forces proceeded to vacate Barra Anchorage peacefully - only after having tasted the might of our armada once they refused to adhere to our peaceful demands. Needless to say, the matter was resolved with minimum amount of bloodshed as they later decided to withdraw completely.
Regardless, this is not why we're contacting you. I'm sure you're well-informed by now, our military has begun a military operation against Gallia, now referring to itself as the Confederacy. Objectives being to pacify the house and rendering the genocidal regime harmless for the foreseeable future from even having the thought of striking any other Sirian house. Safe to say, none of us would like to see another Leeds anywhere again. The political system and structure may have changed, but the rotten core will not.
My point will be proven by the images I'm attaching; despite our attempts to keep them at bay and not to interfere, Gallic royal remnants that are referred to as the Enclave are now actively fighting side-by-side with forces of the Confederacy in Languedoc - the system currently our spearhead is cracking alongside with Lorraine. You can imagine the consequences of this alleged alliance between these two regimes on the rest of the sector. I'm certain neither of us - nor most of the other houses would like to see the royalists gain any type of standing or position in Gallia.
Given your armed forces' long and hard experience against these inhumane monsters, I'm certain your stockpile and databases of intelligence and information is not at shortage and will certainly be of help in the interest of both of the Kingdom and the Empire.

Captain Hayashimura,
The admiralty appreciates you taking time to address us regarding the mentioned matters in what is likely a very hectic time for you and your forces.
We are obviously highly concerned about any potential "reunion" between the Enclave and Gallia proper. The evidence you have provided is damning, but not conclusive, and not first hand.
With your permission, I would like to attach BIS observers to your forces to observe the conflict and record any issues involving Gallic cooperation with terrorist forces. Said BIS observers will not engage in combat with the exception of combat with terrorists, you must understand. Bretonia has no desire to engage in conflict at this time as you are sure aware.
With regards to supply. Trade between our houses remains open, and our forces in Tau-31 will assist in ensuring this trade flows freely. We obviously cannot be seen to favor Kusari over Gallia at this junction, so direct supply to your forces is out of the question unless new information comes to light.
We are in a highly difficult situation at present and we hope to maintain our neutrality if possible.
Regards,
Fleet Admiral John Redmond

Admiral Redmond,
Despite moderate resistance, the combined fleet is currently making advancements in Languedoc and Lorraine star systems. Royal remnants jumping ship and mobilizing from Edinburgh towards Gallic contested systems in favor the Gallic forces could be troublesome. However, it presents an opportunity that could turn the tide in both of our interest - should you take it.
The Empire does not ask for your military's direct support; simply taking the presented opportunities put forward is plenty enough, as well as doing your part in maintaining the security of our mutual border.
Your request for BIS attachment to our forces is permitted - provided said operatives will adhere to our forces' demands and not propagate any trouble. Please send us details of the attachment to complete all the processing required. We hope you make good use of whatever intelligence you can gather - for the mutual betterment.

This is a good chunk of news... undoubtedly, since big colonial news is dipping their fingers, or will be at any rate as this develops. It's certainly a big chunk for the Service to digest, such so that I see Mister Redmond has been taking the initiative on the Bretonian military response to this communique.
Regardless, the Service will be taking steps of its own, in addition to correlating any intelligence of value acquired from the observers Mister Redmond will be embedding in your battle fleet. As has been discussed of course, direct action is out of the question, but there is a plethora of neutral systems between three Houses. Patrol, recon and protection should be expected in Tau, under the guise of commercial security of course.
