Hmm indeed I don't think I have met her, even though I am very familiar with the Cadiz Cartel. One of our vessels was a gift from them to us. But I am unable to tell what became of its individual members.
A Ship. Well, what kind of ship are you looking for? We can get our hands on several types of very heavy fighters, mostly of civilian origin. Gunships are more difficult to obtain for us as we mostly rely on Maltese technology to fill our own need right now.
She was a scientist of the Cartel therefore you could have no meeting due to specifics of her work and labour. However, this doesn't matter any longer, Matriarch, she is most likely dead and thus I, forgive me such cynicism, have no more need in her.
Regarding the ships - I would prefer a gunboat, something like famous in Kusari. I am talking about the Ahoudori gunboat. I've heard a lot of good about this particular piece of technology and would like to get one in my hands. Would be fascinating if you could get me one as I have no contacts in this part of Sirius.

The Ahoudori. I see you like your firepower. Personally I always viewed it as a rather crude design and it isn't my favourite, but it packs a punch and gets the job done.
