Greetings,

First of all, let me introduce myself. My name is Paul Falkner, I am the head of the OS&C security division known as Spa-SEC. At the moment, we are investigating the disappearance of our Shukensha-class liner, the Baltic Sea.

The Baltic Sea did not return from her Exploration Tour and is currently missing. The liner's latest route brought her near the so-called Enclave space. All attempts to contact the vessel and her captain Orzel Faststar have failed. It seems no one saw the vessel after its departure for Taus. There is a high probability that Royalist forces intercepted the liner.

We do not know whether the OS&C|Baltic_Sea was destroyed or captured with all hands. Nevertheless, we are obliged to attempt a rescue if there is any hope that the crew and passengers are alive.

We cannot organize a full-scale SAR (Search-and-Rescue) operation in Enclave-occupied territory without your assistance and prior authorization. Furthermore, Spa-SEC capabilities are not sufficient to operate alone, as we lack resources to confront the Royalist fleet, and our information about their forces and the region itself is scarce.

Therefore we humbly ask you to provide any possible help in this matter. We are ready to generously fund any kind of SAR operation if you agree to authorize it or maybe even participate in one.

We've plenty of light assets, we can at least take a shot at hunting down your liner, but if the big guns start coming out in too much mass we'll need the Armed Forces.
