Supplies
I bid you a good day the Phoenix Zoners. It's my honor to contact your noble organization. Before continuing further, I believe my introduction and cause why I launched this channel is important before resuming. I'm Dr. Raphael Chandler of the Order Overwatch's Science Division. The reason I'm contacting your group is due to the fact I heard how capable you are, being proud owners of the installation you're maintaining in the Omicron Sigma, which I'd like to praise you for. You may have likely heard for our newly established installation, Damascus Research Station located in the orbit of Akabat. You could have seen it whilst traveling towards the Akabat, or, you could have heard for it from one of my assistants who on a daily basis help me maintain the station as I'm the administrator. Sadly, we have come up to an issue, and we believe you might be the right group to assist us, as generous I heard you are.
To the issue we faced. Installations that produce a commodity we desperately need for construction of a module in the Damascus station, specifically the Quantum Arrays, have suddenly run out of the stock hence we can't find nor construct any due to lack of specific resources. Frankly, I am not certain what the cause could be. Nonetheless, as a scientists, I desperately require the Quantum Arrays to proceed with the project I've initiated to construct advanced surveillance modules. We, unfortunately, faced this obstacle, and can't resume further without your assistance. I believe you can understand the situation we are presently in. We'd like to request your support by delivering the Damascus Research Station 20,000 units of the Quantum Arrays. As a reward, I am willing to offer you $5,000 per unit, which would be equivalent to $100,000,000 once 20,000 units are delivered. We certainly won't prolong the payment, and our AI Commody Dealer shall promptly pay you the mentioned number of credits. Worth mentioning you'll receive docking access to the Damascus Research Station during the project, which I could potentially make permanent. I linked the database below.
The Order Science Division sincerely appreciates your backing.
You certainly came to the right people. My name is Dirk Danger, trade coordinator for the Phoenix Zoners.
As I am certain you already know , we have unparalleled access to a wide variety of commodities from all over Sirius. Acquiring 20,000 units of Quantum Arrays will be of little difficulty for us. Instructions have been provided to our trade fleet and delivery of the requested goods are to commence immediately.
Thank you for the opportunity and the business, we always look forward to helping out our Order friends. I will contact you on this channel upon completion of this contract. Please do not hesitate to contact me personally should you have any further instructions or need for our services.

Supplies & Palmyra
Good day mister Dirk Danger, foremostly, I'd like to thank you for the given support. Besides the fact I will indeed remember your assistance, I'd like to secure your permanent docking authorization with the Damascus Research Station as an extra sign of appreciation. I believe you've faced difficulties to deliver the necessary supplies, and frankly, something should be done with the Quantum Arrays in regards to the general production. Our technology is advanced sufficiently to produce its own type of data centers, and it shouldn't be a major problem. Our engineers should complete the module I intend to experiment with within a couple of days. However, I've come up with something I'd like to share with you.
Seeing your orbital station is likely capable of surveying the Planet Palmyra for resources, I am exceedingly interested to make an in-depth survey of the planet's surface. As you know, it's too difficult for us to withstand any potential Nomad attacks during an independent survey with Cairo being somewhat distant. Your installation might make the approach a whole lot easier if it has enough room for some of our scientists comprising myself. As per the requirements, we must meet in order for you to potentially allow us to make an in-depth scan, please let us know before I resume any further. Once again, thanks for the assistance, the Order is here to return the favor in specific ways. I am anticipating your answer contained out of proposals regarding the survey, if you've not done it already yourself.
Lieutenant Dr. Raphael Chandler
Order Science Division, The Order Overwatch
I have passed along your request to the rest of Phoenix's leadership and it is being discussed among us. You should expect direct communication from our leader on the matter shortly.
My name is Christian Burton, I represent the Phoenix community. You are indeed right, Kadesh position is very handy in question of surveys and recon missions of the Palmyra. Unlike our first thoughts that the colony would provide everything we need but subsequently our engineers and explorers started to work on the Ontores project, an constant settlement on Palmyra surface for growing population and needs of the Phoenix.
While we are currently very limited on resources, we have already sent several recon missions in high orbit of planet Palmyra. I will attach these reports in this transmission, perhaps it can be useful for you. Although we are in pursuit of different goals, valuable resources is aswell vital part in the construction of settlements, if your men will find anything particular, let us know. Perhaps you would seem our data is lacking of needed details, hangar 18 is cleared to service your missions. If you will need anything else my men would provide everything you need. For any additional information you could contact Aitan Fleshen, he's leading Ontores project and knows Palmyra and its nature better than anyone else.
Also, I’d like to ask for a favor. At this moment my people has planned first landing on surface of the Palmyra, we are in need of landscape rovers. Perhaps, do you have several for spare? Anything capable of moving in harsh conditions would be suitable, it could a civilian rovers, military vehicles or former military vehicles with unmounted weaponry.

Palmyra
Good day Christian. It's my pleasure to converse with representatives of the Phoenix community. I am indeed satisfied with the project you've initiated upon the Planet Palmyra, the Ontores project. I am uncertain how possible establishment is possible due to the lack of information I have regarding the Planet itself. Particularly, surveys are certainly a priority that mustn't be slipped whilst the Nomads aren't desperately aggressively disrupting the operations nowadays, but as I mentioned, they're present and should be taken into the account. Your orbital installation should be sufficient to research Palmyra's traits, especially with the Order Overwatch's urges to discuss its nature for various causes. Nevertheless, I appreciate the space you secured for me aboard the installation. With the long-plan to investigate the Planet, we should additionally dispatch several research vessels into the orbit of the planet.
The logs you undoubtedly provided have given me a brief look into the Planet's surroundings, as you're aware it's complex to examine its surface albeit the installation you possess in the orbit of the planet. However, I'd not take them for granted but rather initiate my own project for the same purpose. From the reports you've compiled, I believe we'd face major obstacles on the path that shouldn't necessarily prevent potential settlements or recon missions. That's part of every project and can be mastered if researched accordingly, and equipment spared is flexible for the environment of the Palmyra. Aitan Fleshen as a "scientist", if I may say, seems capable and reasonable which is likely the reason you've mentioned him. What I can perform is to potentially share with you my documentation of the Planet and possibly cooperate with Aitan. However, I stand in need of proper authorization from the Order Overwatch before allocating anything, which should be taken into account. By this, I could significantly fulfill the holes you have in the report due to the experience I possess. I'd like congratulating you on the complied report as it seems rather professional and possible to work with.
I'm glad you've come up with requirements you need to overwhelm in order to proceed, as I'm merely pleased to assist. Keep in mind the Order is limited in resources and requires as many military vehicles as possible, to the villains we must face and fight off to resume our work, and it'd be a terror for you if I'd start counting them here. As powerful as we appear to be, we face major obstacles to advance further. Nonetheless, we possess several civilian rovers and military vehicles with unmounted weaponry we could spare for you, a total of three O.M.V. "Sehith" M115 which is an outdated version of the military vehicles we possess, but still capable to survive Palmyra's extreme nature with the thick ceramic-titanium armor that can withstand such traits. We aren't capable to provide any munitions due to the unmounted primary and secondary weaponry we salvaged for various purposes. As for the civilian rovers, we are indeed capable to spare a total of two O.A.R. "Perit" Generation 3, that is built out of the thick ceramic-titanium armor as well, with several panels and devices capable of in-depth surveys.
You will have them delivered within 48 hours, albeit I won't arrive even then to the Kadesh station, therefore I'll add it a to-do list that our operatives can swiftly deliver. I will give my best to arrive this or the following week due to the projects I lead, and sparing any time might be too arduous at the moment of speech. I hope to hear from you soon. With regards.
