My name is Victoria Knight and I am the Fleet Admiral of the Insurgency Navy.
Previously I was commanding the Separatists forces, specifically the Battlegroup Harmony. You might have heard of our forces assisting the Royal Navy during their invasion into the California system. While that war is officially over we have heard plenty of reports that forces, not unequal to our own, are still struggling. While that is the extend of our information on that front we do know that you are facing quite the competition with Liberty's Ageira.
Ageira is directly involved with steering Liberty's future and our fall from grace. As such we would like to offer you a chance at dealing them a blow or certainly possibly catching up to their developments. Our forces once raided a research and manufacturing installation of theirs. Originally tasked with the manufactury of Bio Neural Processors it eventually oversaw the building and testing of the Super gate I am certain you have heard of it.
We have seized some drives and files from the installation that we have not yet sold or attempted to access ourselves. As such we cannot guarantee what one might find in them. Still I would like to offer these to you with a request for cooperation and supplies should you find something of value here. At the very least supplying us will support the disruption of your competitor and will guarantee our protection should your ships pass through.

Bonjour mademoiselle,
I am Pierre Lacroix, Président du Conseil of EFL Pétrole et Machinerie, Société Par Actions.
The offer you bring to us today is very intriguing, and while your previous assisting of the Royal Navy may cause some concern, it would hypocritical and wasteful of us to take this concern as a potential pin in the opportunity you have offered us.
As far as I am aware, Ageira has been fortunate enough to examine the superior Gallic technology left behind from the Royal advance onto New London. While its regrettable that such a corporation has been freely permitted to break apart our tech, its only fair we seek to pry open their own.
I would like you to confirm for me, which Ageira facility you relieved this information from.
Following that, we can talk more about what you want.
I am glad that you see this in the proper light. Our support to the Royal Navy came at a time when it was still the recongised military of the rulers of Gallia. Certainly such an operation would look different today. It assisted our struggle against Liberty's Navy certainly.
As for the installation this was relieved from. The installation was called Leduc and was hidden within the Cold Lake Nebula. The Alberta system is now entirely swallowed by a dark matter strom. Reaching it might be possible but very dangerous and I don't assume much success to find anything left.
Still Royal Navy records should still contain information about this installation, should they still be accessible.

Bonjour mademoiselle,
Unfortunately we do not have free access to the internal information of the Royal Navy.
However, we are very much interested in the data cache in your possession. We would like to validate that what information is on the device is in fact something usable for us. Now since you have stated that you are unaware of what is on it specifically, we have an issue on our hands.
A location for a meeting to verify what you have in your possession is something usable, should suffice. And if the device does indeed contain a wealth of information, we can see you are suitable rewarded for handing it over to us.
That is acceptable. Now we don't know how well it is secured. Things like this are beyond our expertise. We can move any suitably protected convoy into and from the Magellan system forward. What would be a suitable place to meet with your company?
