To whom it may concern
G'day Ladies and Gentlemen
You might have heard of our Division as a part of the Bretonian Armed Forces. We, the Merchant Navy, provide Bretonia with the necessary materials to rebuild after the horrible mess that was the Bretonian-Gallic war. In order to do that, we would like to ask You for permission to enter the Kusarian space with our transport-fleet and import and export these commoditites.
To mitigate the risk posed by splinter Gallic forces and several Pirategroups we are mostly travelling with an escort composed of a fighter-wing and sometimes even Churchill-class Gunboats. Accordingly, the permission to take those with us, is uf utmosted importance to the Merchant Navy and myself.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Captain Richard Eppes
Acting Commander Bretonian Armed Forces Merchant Navy
To the esteemed Commander of the Bretonian Merchant Navy,
We fully understand Bretonia's desire to rebuild to a scale whereas the Kingdom of Bretonia is once again capable of fully protecting its borders. It comes as no real surprise that the Bretonian Merchant Navy was called in to act as additional logistical fleet next to your corporations.
Escort vessels up to the number of 2 Churchill-class or other Gunboat classed vessels is deemed fully acceptable and entry for the Merchant Navy could be permitted. Additionally, we encourage you to approach the Keiretsu directly for any special orders, we are most certain they will gladly help you out.
Due to the fact that this entry permit shall be of a temporary nature, we would like to ask for a clearly defined time-frame where the Merchant Navy requires an entry permit. Additionally, we would also kindly ask for the usual identification code of Merchant Navy vessels to avoid any sorts of confusion for our law enforcement.
With cordial regards, Dainihon Nagao

Dear Minister Nagao
First of all I want to thank You for Your time and understanding.
We are already engaged in negotiations and will open communications with other Kusari-based coorporations as soon as our agreement is finalised.
I want to thank You for seeing our perspective concerning the security of our convoys. These escorts are crucial for the safety of our efforts.
We are currently looking for a timeframe of 3 months to enter Kusari and ship the necessary goods, starting as soon as possible. However if this period shows a certain usefullness to both our houses we then might ask You to extend our entry permit. Time will tell on that front.
All Bretonian Merchant Navy vessels which would enter Your space have clearly defined transponder signals. The first few characters of which will always be: BAF|MN-.
I wish You well and look forward to the completion of our agreement.
Captain Richard Eppes

We believe nothing stands against finalising our current agreement and granting your merchant ships passage for a period of 3 months.
After this time frame has passed, we shall come together again to evaluate any future prolongation or amendment.
State Police and Naval Forces have been informed that all ships carrying your designation shall be protected by this agreement from the 1st day of the next month and for the following 3 months.
With cordial regards, Dainihon Nagao
