I'd like to start by reviewing the situation we are working in. Our company, your movement, and the Rheinland United Republic we have promised allegiance to, are adrift as a major force without any territory, an army without a state. Weimar, even with substantial population growth from democratic refugees, isn't a population center.
We are facing a situation in which we must rapidly take action to have any chance at all at long-term sustainability for the United Republic, and thus maintain a realm in which you can participate in the political landscape of a Rheinland state. With the capture of Munich, the ongoing offensive in Frankfurt, the withdrawal of Kolleda group, and our own position of our de facto headquarters being moved to the system, it's clear that the democratic counteroffensive must be focused on Sigma-15, and the population center of Hammersee.
You've been long-time observers in the system, indeed, as I'm aware you may have been the first to explore it. I have no doubt that since Hammersee was first settled, the Bundschuh have been formulating plans around stirring up its nascent population. WIth its population swelled by Nuremberg refugee and now finding itself on the forefront of the civil war, this should be the time to instigate popular support for an anti-monarchist uprising, which would coincide with an offensive against Mecklenburg and a planetary invasion.
If we cannot consolidate control over at least fifteen, we will have nothing. We are attempting to coordinate with the democratic forces, but they are hesitant to act, and time is working against us. As long as we still maintain some level of initiative, we must make use of it.
