in lieu of the increasing number of affected civilians sustaining injuries and other types of bodily and mental harm during the ongoing civil strife within the borders of Rheinland, the Government of Rheinland is in need of a large amount of medical supplies. The reputation of your organization for charitable and altruistic acts precedes you.
We would therefore like to discuss a formal procurement contract consisting of delivery of 100.000 units of Pharmaceuticals and 20.000 units of Med-Stasis bands for humanitarian aid distribution within our borders. In addition to any and all profits made from local distribution of the aid packages by MFE, the government of Rheinland is offering additional compensation worth 180.000.000 credits once records of deliveries have been provided. If your organization is to agree to these basic premises, the Imperial Ministry of Health stands ready to provide specific composition of the aid packages requested.
His Majesty's Government hopes to hear from you soon as time is of the essence in this situation.

Good day Mr. Schwalben,
Med Force Enterprises recently supplied you with a large amount of pharmaceuticals. During one of our quality checks a small batch of the delivered shipments has been flagged as being possibly contaminated due to improper base material quality. While at no time the use of the product is hazardous we at MFE wish to recall batch #2876 (1000 units of pharmaceuticals) as to make sure it is not being issued to patients.
For this reason we have dispatched one of our vessels to planet New Berlin with a new batch of 3000 units of pharmaceuticals. Furthermore, one of our quality assurance specialists will be joining the crew as to oversee the delivery and help your staff with any issues they may have regarding.
My sincere apology for this unfortunate incident. We hope that this message reaches you in time as to remove the impure batch from circulation.
