ADVISORY NOTICE: Maintenance
An inspection of known facilities has highlighted a lack of maintenance on a number of Modular Base Constructions within Bretonia Controlled territory.
Superintendent Briscoe has issued this advisory that:
All Modular Stations need to be adequately maintained. Crew and employees must be housed and cared for according to the Owner/Operators duty of care.
A further inspection in 30 days will be made and any station not within 5% of full health parameters will be issued with a mandatory Notice of Non Compliance. You may be called to appear before an Environment Court to face charges accordingly.
Those Modular Stations currently below the 5% acceptable level of decay are listed below:

Sergeant,
This is upsetting to hear as many of us have put in a great deal of effort in trying to rebuild Bretonia and restoring this house to its once former glory. I've had a discussion with my administrative team and we'd be more then happy to set up temporary accommodation on Andover Station for those that need to be relocated in order to bring these modular stations back up to regulation standards. On top of this we can spare a few people to help run and manage the repairs of these stations until the repairs are completed and the stations meet regulation standards.

Allow me to firstly apologise on behalf of Her Majesty's Government for any confusion the above transmission may have caused. This has just been passed to me by one of the Home Office staff and I felt it prudent that I answer directly.
I'd like to start by confirming that there is no such law concerning the upkeep of modular installations, nor is there such a thing in Bretonia as an "Environment Court", whatever one of those is. I have already confirmed this with the Lord High Chancellor.
I have also organised an internal investigation for the mentioned Sergeant. At this stage I believe this to be a breach of the constabulary's systems, and have ordered that the breach is investigated and dealt with immediately. Current suspects are the Gaian terrorists. Sergeant Trebilco has also been placed on indefinite leave until we can be sure this was not of his own doing.
I would also like to remind all Modular Installation Administrators that whilst we do not place any laws on the upkeep of your installations, the death or injury of any workers can and will be prosecuted by the Bretonian Courts, and thus, it is still your responsibility to maintain the upkeep of your installations.
On behalf of H.M.Government,
Sir Ambrister Jones, Home Secretary
H.M.Government

To clarify:
The Bretonia Police Authority has the mandate under law to protect its citizens and foreign visitors to our systems.
This includes the well-being of all personnel employed on modular stations.
Under 4.3.4 - Base Operational Regulations
All Bases must be fitted with sufficient evacuation equipment to prevent the loss of life of residents and crew, should the Base become compromised via circumstances artificial or natural.
It is this law that is being enforced, with emphasis on "should the Base become compromised via circumstances artificial or natural".
The Advisory stands. All Modular Bases must be maintained to a high level. Failure to do so will see, in the first instance, a Notice of Non-Compliance issued for defective work or maintenance.
Home Secretary Sir Ambrister Jones, has rightly pointed out that no Environment Court exists, which is an error on my part. "You may be called to appear before an Environment Court to face charges accordingly." is to be replaced with "You may be called to appear before Court to face environmental, health and safety charges accordingly".
BPA) has not been contacted by the Home Secretary on this matter and will raise issue stated about the integrity of the BPA) and staff directly with the Home Secretary in due course. The citizens of Bretonia can have full confidence in the integrity and loyalty of the Bretonian Police Authority and its staff, including Sgt Desma Trebilco.

Mr Hudson,
The BPA) wishes to thank you for your kind benevolence. It is all our wish to see Bretonia "Wealthy and Healthy" again, and it is proud citizens like yourself that display the plucky courage that we Bretonians have. Each of us supporting each other.
Slowly but surely the infrastructure, facilities and Government agencies are being strengthened after the horrid impact of the war. Your attitude is a reflection of what makes Bretonia great - as a people, as a house.

As directed from Her Majesty Government,
The Bretonia Police Authority communicates to the civilian population as follows,
Regarding the Modular Space Stations:
The maintenance of the physical, mechanical and natural wear and tear degrading, of these installations, are of the sole responsibility of the administrators of these installations.
Even though, there is not a crime being commuted, incidents of this nature will be taken into record, not because there is a crime being committed but because a crime may occur in the course of the installation lifetime that derives from neglecting these obligations.
The security, maintenance and sustain of the inhabitants on board such installations are of the sole responsibility of the administrators of these installations.
Neglecting, abusing or abandoning inhabitants of these installations, regardless of their nationality or origin, is considered a crime and will be addressed as such by the Bretonian Police Authority.
Regarding Sergeant Desma Trebilco:
The Sergeant has been put on a medical leave and suspended from functions pending her recuperation of accidental ingestion of controlled substance Cardamine,
At first there was a small investigation triggered by her first communication on this channel,
The Sergeant did receive orders to make such a communication, although, the contents of the referred communication did not match the orders relayed to her.
Sergeant Trebilco has a spotless history as a Policewomen as well as a pristine worksheet. Her remarks on an Environmental Court raised the suspicion of Gaian ideology change of alignment on her behalf, which led to a much deeper investigation
On inspection of Sergeant Desma Trebilco's space ship cargo holds it has revealed the presence of cardamine in excessive amounts.
The ship black box inspection revealed that the last registry refers to a Cardamine seizure made by the Sergeant's team. The on-field BPA constable had requested the presence of the Sergeant for having found a felony amount of Cardamine in a Freelancers hold.
Later it was found that the packaging was not done up in a proper way which made the orange dust leak into the air purification system of his ship, which in turn affected the Sergeant with the controlled substance.
