Today, we were alerted to the presence of one Bretonian "Fortitude"-class battlecruiser flying the colors of the Liberty Navy secondary fleet. The commander claims that it was "Given" to them as "Debt repayment" by the secondary fleet of the Bretonia Armed Forces, which we find suspicious at best. I did not believe Bretonia to be in a state where it could afford such things after the war, and worse yet, the loss of Leeds.
My question to you is simple: Has the government of Bretonia authorized its secondary fleet to hand out brand-new warships to another House? If not, is it then a stolen warship?

This is Commodore John Khatri on the line, BAF. We have neither given nor leased any Fortitude-class to anyone, nor did we send any to Liberty. Captain Milne said that the Scotland was to go to Coronado as well, but I must refute that too. Coronado is Crayter territory and we don't send our ships there. Captain Milne and his crew are thus considered deserters. They are to return to Bretonia along with their ship to stand before the court martial. If they do not do so on their own, you have clearance to arrest them and send them to us.
If Liberty is indeed interested in a Fortitude-class, we could make arrangements after this is done with. The BAF would not mind selling the ship to either your active or reserve fleet, no matter, as long as 1,500,000,000 credits are forwarded to our account (// BAF|Armoury). I trust I was sufficiently clear, goodbye.
