Rising up, making demands and simply flattening everything that comes your way doesn't have a touch of RP for me, even if you write great stories as an invention for groups. Anyway, this is not a discussion threat and I'm tired of having to justify anything, everyone does their own thing and as long as the admins don't see any rule violations, things are as they are.
The fact that the RP does not make sense to you does not necessarily mean it does not make sense to others. Junker corporation with CEO title also makes little sense to me, it is as if some scrap harvesters near a junkyard suddenly decided to incorporate and do the IPO. If you think that simply making demands is inappropriate for diplomatic RP, please look up modern USA diplomacy. Besides, we are not playing some corporation that would go to great length to strike a deal, or a House government that would seek diplomatic solution to save its face. We are a bunch of pirates with authoritarian militaristic society devoid of resources. Expansion by force and threats is natural to us. Geopolitics of tellurocracies supports the notion, and you can read about it on the Internet. Besides, we gave you conditions, rather simple ones and easy to fulfill. Players on Disco, however, rarely RP "hard" politics so opposing armed to the teeth corsairs as a bunch of junkers because "liberte, egalite, fraternite" and "we won't bend the knee out of principle" is a norm here, so I do understand your decision. Yet, you still have to reap the RP consequences.
Maybe just maybe if you actually went and looked up cannon junker lore you would realise that junkers are VERY loyal to each other, here i'll get a quote for you since you quite cleared can't be assed to get your RP right.
"Anyone who deals with Junkers knows they live by a strict code; if you're not a Junker, you're not part of the family. A Junker will double-cross you without a second thought, and they're fiercely protective of each other."
So tell me why in the name of Thor would a junker allow you to land on their base, resupply your equipment to order to go destroy a junker base ?

Ever heard of gunboat diplomacy? Since we have a grudge with one group of Junkers, I do not think all junkers want corsair battleships knocking on their doorsteps. Especially on the border with Omicron Gamma. Especially if they engage in artefact trade. Even the most loyal to each other groups that, however, are bonded by profits can think with their brains and be not unanimous not to bite someone who will not only bite you back but swallow you whole.
Why do xenos who can't use anything bigger than a gunboat actively fight with liberty navy who use battleships? Not only this but the xenos also actively fight with rogues and outcasts both of these factions also use biggerships. Your point is mute. I'm pretty sure i could name other factions if i wanted to bother keeping up this coversion with you. Enjoy making your troll clans to fuck with people you will eventually kill this server and then what will you do ? Go back into the hole that you once came from i guess.

Firstly, let us consider that Xenos diplomacy was inherited on disco from vanilla, where Outcasts had no ships larger than fighters, and Liberty Navy did not actively deploy battleships against LR or Xenos because did not knew of their location. Secondly, afaik Xenos are terrorists who prefer swift unexpected attacks that cannot be solved with battleships because they are not that fast inRP to deploy. Liberty Rogues do not inRP seek to fight LibNav capital vessels but again to do swift raids on traders for profits.
Now, to our Junkers. We perfectly know where your base is. We perfectly know where the base we docked at is. Capital vessels can be deployed, although inRP it takes time.
As for the activity - to me, this POB has already generated a lot of activity: corsairs shooting RM shooting Order shooting Core shooting Red Hessians. All in but a few days. Looks like good activity that actually makes the server more alive. Freelancer is a space arcade after all for shooting, right? So to me shooting stuff is preferable to silent POB supplying (for that I can have Euro Truck 2 or smth). If generating PvP activity is "killing server" - then you need to re-consider your logic argumentation.
P.S. while the Sith do say that the anger should flow through you, do not let it cloud your orthography - it decreases the persuasiveness of your argumentation. It just looks like you are angry at things not going your way. Understandable, yet we did gave you the terms of cooperation which you proudly refused. Now bear with inRP aftermath of such decision.
I don't care about the POB to be honest it was built before i joined the server, for what we have planned we don't need a POB we will just treat you like we do the xenos either shoot on sight or high tail it out of there depending on what ships are being used and what loadouts are on ours. Sure for the siege you will have more activity but what happens when you run out of sieging to do all those players that only logged for hte siege will disappear again and the server will round off at about 30 ish again.
You restocked at a junker base while sieging a junker base. Junkers would not supply a ship to go kill junkers and if you believe they would your just stupid and/or insane.
As for vanilla well that was 17 years ago, the navys and pirates have upgraded and now use cruisers/battleships/dreads yet they still fight them, there is absolutely no RP anywhere that has stated that junkers aren't fiercely protective of each other.
This convo is done, i've concluded that you are either stupid and/or insane. Good day.

I'm not sure what we have to do with your current issues. If you have a legitimate problem then you can bring it up in our own dedicated feedback thread rather than in this one.

I must humbly interfere about this part, while having no intentions to kill activity currently flourishing in O-55. But artifacts trade is very mucho mentioned in Imperial laws:
III. Trading laws and regulations (articles 13 to 17)
15. Transport of Alien Artifacts throughout Sirius space is to be encouraged. Corsairs must not pirate allied, friendly or neutral vessels carrying a majority cargo of Alien Artifacts. (kos/hostiles should be destroyed)
17.b) Neutral transports or freighters passing through Corsair territory empty or with insignificant amounts of cargo may be taxed. It is recommended to impose a reasonable tax (starting from 500 000 SC but it may be raised if they show hostility or refuse to cooperate) and to encourage their pilots to trade with the Empire, either by bringing us useful commodities or buying artifacts.
In that fashion, older Corsair factions were supporting, encouraging and even escorting every Junker ship we saw "engaging in artifacts" (mining them by non-Corsair ship would be a crime, however). As players we don't object if Iberians have different agenda. That's your right. I already explained it to your 2ic who is also in charge for activity around PoBs.
But...
Imperial inRP reaction will come after Elders receive valid inRP proves about Iberians breaking Imperial laws. I still have a hope it won't happen. But that hope is getting thinner...

Ahh well, we were running artifacts, xeno relics and bringing tobacco, different types of booze, military salvage , premium scrap, food, guns and ammo but that was well ceased due to the open hostilities. I guess we will find another faction to buddy up with and bring them supplies instead. We will continue to make money whether it is through the corsairs (preferred) or other factions.
