System/Effects Supergate Alaska Side

Bug: Crash to Desktop when using the Supergate in Alaska

Twice I tried using the Alaska side of the supergate after this patch and it crashed me straight to desktop. Using the Supergate from the Nu side works fine. I mentioned effects here as that was the only thing added that we can see in the patch notes that was changed with the gate.
