[Commodity] Cant buy Optronic Arrays

Bug: Whenever you try to buy Optronic Arrays on Honshu, it fills your cargo with Kyushu Rice.

See above. This is correlated to that Kyushu Rice bug report. Likely a bad entry in the commodities file.

Trying to buy Kyushu Rice causes CTD.

nothing looks immediately wrong on the goods entry for the base?

Until the clever people work out what they did wrong, you can:

Click on Optronics and end up buying the Arrays.

I just found a prices.cfg line on the server for ku04_01_base (Planet Honshu) that had a random newline before the actual price value, which really can't have been doing any good. I've fixed it, so if it did relate to this, stuff should be better after next server restart.
