Consequences:
You really racked up a lot of reports in a short space of time. Generally, you shouldn't talk after death in local. You'd need to have a good reason to do so. You didn't seem to have one. You've lost some more credits, again. Also, don't threaten people with reports. If you can't help or teach them, just report them, don't make a show of it.
I see you spent what credits remain on replacing your Aquilon with another capital and re-equipping it. My advice is that you don't get money back on ships or equipment from NPCs - if you want that money back, you should sell ships to players in the marketplace forum. I say that because if you get more sanctions, we're going to have to delete equipment and ships for the fines.
Subsequently my other advice is read the rules, have them printed out if you have to, and stick to them. Ask for help from players or on the forums. Play with others who know how to stick to the rules.
If you require evidence, you may request such via PM from a Staff member. Only the accused or an official faction leader of the accused person's faction may request such. Once you have the evidence, and if you wish to dispute it, you may post in the Sanction Thread below. Do not continue PM'ing a staff member, as that will result in your Appeal being denied. If you PM a staff or post in the sanction thread and you are not directly involved, you are consenting to be subjected to the reprisal of my choice which may involve in game repercussions up to a ban. Blaming members of your immediate family, neighbors, friends, pets, and assorted Orcs, Trolls and any other legendary creatures may result in the use of GM Right #CTE 750AE

You know what, I'm sorry for the time I spent here playing the game you made a private playground out of. When you are already punishing FOR NOTHING, feel free to publicly announce the proof that all players understand.I have 22 screen shots of your justice, it's a pity I can't upload here for everyone to see and see who they are dealing with. You are punishing me in this event only because I was not the FIRST to report and in fact those who do not follow the rules and the fraudsters do not follow them will go unpunished. You still justify them that if they cheat they will be respawn again anyway ??? And that is it? So cheating is ok and if you ask someone a question after a PvP death (why)you punish him? This is how things are, I'm tired of your view of justice, so I'll erase everything myself. Certainly this game went into notorious nonsense because you have an average of 30 players on the server of which 15 are the same with different profiles in the so-called clans from which the game has become boring because they distort the truth and rules and who do not agree with them baamm report and be removed. Also, be fair and announce publicly how much money you took from me and why and in how short a time.I am sorry to prevent you from wiping ships, I will deprive you of that moment of your psychological enlightenment.
Goodbye.
Each of your sanctions has been based on something, not nothing.
I can't prevent you from uploading screenshots, I could only remove them after the fact.
We encourage players, including you, to make reports if necessary. Reporting later than the first report won't change whether we assess the report.
Cheating is not okay. You should report cheaters. But shooting them is a waste of time. Particularly, the player you thought was cheating and demanded that they use /droprep (when they have no IFF) was not cheating.
You did not ask a question after your pvp death related to this sanction. You did make some snide remarks in local chat.
We monitor for multiboxing and punish it harshly. If you suspect a player is multiboxing, submit a report. See 3.
We don't tend to publish values of fines because it might encourage people to misbehave if they think that they can 'afford' it. We do take into consideration players' holdings when processing sanctions. We also have standards to which we refer for punitive measures. Despite claims, your sanctions totalled less than 400M (very roughly), not nearly 800M as claimed.
The 'why' of why we took your credits is in each of your sanction threads. I've tried to be very clear.
Wiping ships is not joyful for me.
Ships deleted in ragequits will not be restored; restoring ships is harder than deleting them.
Goodbye.
Edit: I did the math because you were quite pointed, and the other very accusatory, here. For your reference, you lost 115 million credits in credits, and another 59 million in equipment (guns, shield), for a total of 174 million credits worth. Of course, you lost a lot of credits selling the Aquilon to the dealer, and many more wiping all of your ships. Fare well.
I said in a short time and not now 800mil, so 574 million TOTAL, in 24 hours. No, you do not have the ability to upload 22 screen shots. You are absolutely aware of the events and you are absolutely consciously putting pressure on certain players. I have no intention of justifying myself by wasting any more of my time on it.Of course you have evidence "very bravely" and "but why" is your proof from the chet, which is quite expensive, I'm sure all the players will agree.
No, not 400 + 174. I provided "less than 400" as a rough and yet conservatively large estimate. It was wildly incorrect. Sum total of 174 million credits in penalties over the last four sanctions I'm looking at / have processed.
I can upload 22 screenshots to an image host and link them in forum posts easily. I'm pretty sure there are more than 22 images in my signature. I might be aware of "the events" to which you refer, but I don't know to which events you're referring.
As for pressure on certain players, I do intentionally put players under pressure if they're repeatedly misbehaving to emphasise to them they need to watch their own behaviour, lest it be reported again. Otherwise, not really.
I look forward to not having to further reply to this sanction as you have resolved not to waste any more time justifying yourself.
