Ship does not get a bonus. Mining guide states as follows,

Spatial Super Heavy Fighter: Heavier than the Arrastra with a massive wingspan, this fighter is more useful for combat than anything else. Possible but ineffective to mine in. ---(unless this statement means you get drops of 1 unit, if so disregard this report)---
IDs: all except ALG, EFL, GMG, GMS, Junkers
Ores: all except Helium-3
Mining Array Hardpoints: Place on slots 7-8
