[Equipment] Crayter weapons, no impact fx

Bug: No impact effect on Crayter Kopis fighter gun.

Kopis have no impact effect. Looking at FLStat, the effect shows as a blank square. Probably missing texture or ini error. Maybe an oversight.
Didn't test Hoplon yet but I assume it's the same.

Seems dsy_col_01.ale does have an impact effect defined but there isn't actually, you know, an effect there. I'll see if I can make something decent.

Hoplon should have an impact effect from the looks of it.
