We are always happy to help Modular Installations such as yours. However, the last time we completed a contract with you, there were many stoppages due to insufficient funds on base or good not being processed at acceptable pace. As such this time we will be noting any stoppages are will require a 10'000'000 Sirian Credit Compensation to be paid out in the event such a preventable stoppage occurs again. I do not like having to include such a condition however these stoppages delayed completion of the contract for quite a few days.

Universal Shipping Incorporated agrees to perform Deliveries (see table below) to Herus Trading Platform following all conditions listed within this Contract

Materials to be delivered:

Resource	Amount	Payment per unit
Plasmonic Metamaterials	17'200	1'700 S.C.
Reinforced Alloys	96'200	800 S.C.
Indistrial Hardware	30'000	1'000 S.C.

• Monetary funds for the puchase of the above listed items must be already available on station
  
• Station must be processing goods upon delivery
  
• Failure to meet the above conditions will result in a 10'000'000 S.C. Penalty
  
• Any incured penalty is to be Paid out to [*USI*]Deposit
  
• Deliveries of goods will bs suspended until payment has occured and issue at hand has been resolved
  

Otherwise contract will proceed untill completion
