Hola, Senor Blackwood,
I am Alana Leoz, I tend to deal with the day-to-day communications between the various allies of the Outcasts and I find myself contacting you, on such a momentous day as this.
We've seen your broadcast and how you've denounced the savage Corsairs and we were very amused at your message to them.
I'm quite aware that you probably don't want to throw yourselves at the feet of another powerful organisation and that isn't what I am here to propose.
While the Outcasts fought alongside Bretonia during the Gallic War we find ourselves at odds with them once again and we also find that many of our enemies are also your enemies. We have the resources to provide meaningful assistance to you and your cell.

Ms.Leoz,
I had a feeling a message from your people was an inevitability with this decision, and not an unwanted development at that.
I must say I am impressed, many in your position would have moved with a much more aggressive tone though you seem to understand that we do not want to be pawns in some scheme, we have our own agenda and unless your organization can aid us in that agenda then while we will not seek your destruction, we will not need your dependence. I am sure you have a big question that can likely be summarized in a very simply answer: No. Nemesis has no interest in your drug on a recreational level, we are actually more interested in it from a scientific stand point. While Cryer may seek for a Cure we are simply interested in the "Why" and "How". What makes Cardamine, Cardamine? That being said, we will not tolerate its shipping into Bretonia. I respect your need for income but understand that Bretonia is still in shambles from the war the last thing the people need is a drug addiction. You are free to pass through Bretonia into Liberty or Rheinland or wherever you wish to take your goods I respectfully ask you to not deliver in Bretonia, I hope you understand.
If this seems rushed and reckless I beg your pardon, I know about the Nation of Malta and its drug so forgive me for wanting to make the line crystal clear before we continue our talks. If these terms are agreeable from your end I do have some more "Direct Action" based subjects to discuss.

Senor Blackwood,
I understand your what I believe to be a rather unwise choice to refuse a supply of Cardamine, it has many properties that can be incredibly beneficial to your cause, but perhaps one day you will change your mind.
As for the here and now, a steady supply of Cardamine already finds its ways into the borders of Bretonia - This is not something we are about to stop as it would leave many customers wanting and suddenly cutting their supply would not be good for business, nor Bretonia itself.
We are open to working with you on the basis that we do not actively try to push our business any further into Bretonia than it already is, perhaps this will be more amicable for your people?

Ms.Leoz,
I appreciate the swift response,
While my feelings on Cardamine are strict I am not an unwise person, we all have our vices, even some of my own compatriots who once flew under the stripes Landwirtrechtbewegung have need for the stuff. These terms are acceptable, perhaps in the future once my science teams find a safer way of using the stuff in a way that doesn't cause physical dependency maybe I will indulge as I hear it's benefits are many. Until then I personally refrain but you are free to continue supplying your markets that already exist.
I believe we have reached a middle ground where we can continue our relations, would you agree?

Excellent news Ms.Leoz,
Allow me to begin first and foremost with an apology for my predecessor's actions and wish the best for those men who hopefully made it back to Malta. I speak in reference to the events that unfolded at Kirkwall Base a few years back.
If we are looking to strengthen any ties the Kirkwall may very well be the best place to do it. However, it is currently heavily locked down by Enclave patrols from both the Battleship La Riche as well as Fort Albi. Removing either one from commission would enable us to bolster Kirkwall into a more active hub in the region, with support from your own forces from Cali we could assault and (hopefully) cripple Fort Albi. Assuming it isn't destroyed you could attempt to fortify it to secure a route between Maltese space and our own it would also make a reasonable way station for the drug trade into Gallia would it not? Worst case scenario we can recycle what salvage there is for use in upgrading Kirkwall.
If this idea is something you would be interested to your liking then we can move forward with a battle strategy.

Senor Blackwood,
I hold no resentment over what happened to Kirkwall in the past, If anything it would've just been a massive headache to keep such a base operational throughout the entire war.
As you are no doubt aware, we currently have other operations ongoing within the Tau cluster - With the Kusari invasion of Gallia still on-going there is ample opportunity to strike at targets within the area. I may be able to dispatch some support from Cali, I'd need to know the full details of your plan and how much you intend to commit to getting this done.
The La Riche and its escort does pose quite a large problem, however Fort Albi's proximity to the Tau-23 jumphole does leave it vulnerable to a surprise attack, with careful planning it may be possible to discount the La Riche entirely.

I beg your pardon Ms.Leoz for the delay but I recently given some concerning news,
I was recently contacted with rather grim news, enclosed below is a copy of the transmission a smuggler contacted us with. While I understand support in Edinburgh is entirely impossible this news may be something you would be interested in. Further more, we are planning a strike on a Lone Cruiser who has found it's way unfortunately inside the Islay Cloud.
Well, like I said, I'm a former privateer, and for a few reasons, a story for another day. The last year or so I've been back to what I did before I ever joined the war effort, which was junkin', and a bit of smugglin'. I've been laying low mostly since Leeds.
But I still have my own beef with the Royalists, and I can't ignore an influx in supply traffic. Seems that they're up to something in Edinburgh lately. I've hit a few shipments of their supply lines from Gallia. Some were good, some... not so good. Wish I could say my ships haven't taken a beating, but they have. Trust me, I've been out doing what I can. Seems like they're hauling in Siege Goods of some kind, and taking Refugees back out towards Gallia.
Me and my crew are at your service. All I can bring is one extra bomber, or the turrets from my transport! But I'll certainly like to join in for marshmallows on this one! Just say the word and I'll be back out there. The Junkers have an old saying, "if you can't find scrap, make some!"
....signal cut.... ***COMM CHANNEL CLOSED***
Unfortunately, I may need to put the attack on Albi on hold until we can get this sorted.

Seems this week is full of surprises,
The cruiser in question seems to have performed the most legendary of Gallic combat tactics, a tactical retreat. It's current whereabouts unknown means I am free to return to the original plan.
Now where were we...?
Right, Fort Albi, what intel if any do you have on the station that could be useful to our attack?
