Central Plaza is an open bar, restaurant and library on Planet Manhattan. It serves as a common area for LIA operatives, but is open to the public and any factions that are neutral or better with the LIA. The bar area serves drinks from all over Sirius, such as Rheinbeer, Liberty Ale, Sake, Whiskey, etc. The restaurant is an open buffet area and a conventional restaurant, with cuisine from Kusari, Liberty, Rheinland, Bretonia, and some cuisine from the Border Worlds. A seeting area sits in the center of the plaza, right in front of the Library. The library houses a collection of scannable data pads for recreation, a new holographic system for manipulating chemicals and schematics safely, a section for ancient paper manuscripts, and a collection of classics.
Sanjo walks into the building and heads for the restaurant. He picks up a plate of yakisoba, a few donuts, and a club sandwich before heading to the library. Sanjo enters the hologram room and puts down his food. He heads to the chemistry section of the library, loads a textbook on the biochemistry of microorganisms, and turns off his pad. Sanjo also visits the engineering section, and picks up a book on microelectronics. On his way back to the holographic room, Sanjo picks up a copy of "Siddhartha" by Herman Hesse in the fiction section, and takes a seat. Sanjo takes a bite of yakisoba and finishes of a donut, and then scans the microelectronics pad for schematics. Sanjo finds a schematic for a 555 timer, an old "microchip" used long before the Coalition-Alliance war around 800 years ago. Sanjo makes an action of pulling the schematic off the pad and "throws" it at the holographic projector. A circuit model of the 555 timer is perfectly rendered in 3D. Sanjo zooms into one of the copper lines and makes some edits to the schematic with his finger. After about 2 hours, Sanjo stores the edited schematic in his pad and throws on a model of sulphuric acid from the chemistry textbook. Sanjo takes a molecule of steel and throws up a model next to the rendered Sulphuric Acid molecule. Sanjo observes the reaction, and takes notes on his pad. Sanjo finishes of another donut, and heads to the center of the plaza to read the fiction book he has just picked up.
