My name is Ayumi Ishikawa, I am a news host and a reporter for All Honshu Network, a Kusari news agency from Honshu. We are working closely with marquess Shimamori who is the vocal apologist for peace between our two Houses and in line with his vision we are preparing a story on the recent offensive operation of Kusari in Dauphine and on the war in general.
Many people in Kusari are not happy with the war, including the military. We have received consent from some officers in Kusarian Navy to share their opinion on the situation and are awaiting their response at the moment. Striving to deliver to our viewers more comprehensive and objective story, we would like to include the opinions on the war of the servicemen of the Navy of the Gallic Confederacy. In this regard, I am contacting you in hope that you would forward this message to your soldiers and officers who would like to contribute to furthering peace and understanding between our nations through their opinions. Naturally, we are not interested in any sensitive information regarding the war progress but in personal experiences and opinions. I sincerely hope that our anti-war sentiment and strive to return to the negotiation table to resolve any issues between the Empire of Kusari and the Confederacy of Gallia is shared by at least some of your military and/or civilian personnel.
We are ready to provide full anonymity or give full credit to his/her name depending on the desire of the interviewee. The questions for the interview can be agreed upon with your esteemed party not to touch upon and/or disclose any information deemed inappropriate for public broadcasting. If you are interested in our humble proposal, we would reach out to you with the questions via D.I.S.C.O.R.D. protocols or other agreeable means of communication.
Availing the opportunity, please allow me to express our condolences for the losses of the Gallic people and sincere hope for achieving everlasting peace between our people.
I am looking forward to hearing from you soon,
Ishikawa Ayumi

Video-feed opens up with Miroslav de Gobineau in all his splendor comparable to a very humble and gentle bear is seen sitting in a small and cramped dimly lit office. There's several holographic screens on his side. There's also cup of hot chocolate and full ashtray on a table nearby. There also was a small picture frame on other side of a table. Several officers, one of whom was Miroslav himself. But those were not Royal officers, more like Conseil one. Miroslav is very calm but somewhat tired as it seems he was working too much these days.
Bonjour or should I say konnichiwa, Mademoissele Ishikawa
My name is Miroslav de Gobineau and I am Capitaine de Vaisseau of Marine Nationale, humbly at your service.
It is somewhat soothing to know that people of Kusari are seeing the violent and treacherous actions of their corrupt government and disagree with these actions. Those are dire times, mademoiselle, and having support from outside is helpful. War is stressful and is fought by regular people and those regular people are dying and bleeding because of politic schemes and their dilettantism. But, excusez-moi, excuse me, I digress.
My answer will be short: Oui, yes.
I suppose people of Honshu and Kusari in general would be very interested in what officier superiur of 'opposing' force have to say about this situation and sentiments around this unnecessary conflict. Only thing I am asking is not to ask questions that can be, well, directly tied to our current planning and operations and to publish it fully, un-edited and without any kind of anonymity.
Unfortunately, I can't attend at this interview un face-à-face, hum-m, I mean personally but you have proposed the D.I.S.C.O.R.D. protocol - and I would like to use it. If I remember right that protocol supports video conferences which is ideal for me. And if I remember right, my account code is MRSVLGBNN2222#22 (//ONIKS#9217). I'll be available and prepared for interview this weekend, evening time of Inter-Sirian Timezone (//30-31.10, 17:00 or 18:00 UTC).
I am looking forward for this interview and merci beacoup, thank you, for reaching out to us.
Sincèrement
Division du Train de La Marine Nationale Gauloise, Capitaine de Vaisseau Miroslav de Gobineau.
