A Good Day to the Congress
I came here to ask, if I can offer you a job. I need some assistance to move a stellar installation to another star system. I can offer credits of course and would like to arrange things. It is to move an installation from Sigma-59 to the Munich System, the station is quite important to me so Credits shouldn't play that much of a role of me to pay as long as yours get the job done. I got recommended that yours organization offer these services... you may refer to me as Miss Sagume, I'm sorry but I'd like to keep my true identity secret. The only problem would be the Gas Miner Guild though, as they're on the lookout sadly, quite stubborn are their authorities...
I hope we can arrange things and I'm eagerly awaiting for yours reply. Hope we can make business.

Miss Sagume,
It is not often we get this kind of request, that being said it is certainly something we can do. I am not concerned about the GMG, if they have a problem they can take it up with me.
I am dispatching a Pilgrim Liner and two Salvagers to your location. They will handle the moving process, as for payment, the going rate for base relocation is something like 400 Million. That being said, I have another proposal, You give Junker Congress docking rights on your station and I'll half the price.
400 Million if you want to just pay outright.
or
200 Million + Docking rights.
I am open to negotiations, let me know what you think of these offers.
I am glad you answered. I am willing to arrange things and would like to meet up in Sigma-59, the installation is near Planet Toyohara in the Aniva Nebula. I will pay the 400 million S.C for you, though I will pay the full prize after everything is done. I can give you 10% of the prize in advance, but I prefer to get the job done first.
I will await you near the facility, hope to see yours soon.
