*Although it is only a video transmission, the commodore makes a salute out of habit. It is a salute full of energy and determination, and the commodore's arm would likely not move at a much different pace if it was swinging a sabre at an enemy.*
Carina, Regina, Imperatrix! Commodore John Khatri on the line! I must report two things. Firstly, the siege of Erzlagerung was successful and I have returned the HMS Avalon to garrison Cambridge. Secondly, I met a certain Anna Heinrich during the siege. She claimed to be the Anna Heinrich and that she has a son in the Armed Forces. Allegedly this is Lieutenant-Commander Isaac Heinrich. He serves under me. I deem this man a security risk and I am asking for permission to detain him for an investigation. Thank you.
I knew of his ancestry, and I will share with you the fact that he has previously come to me, attempting to seek leave to go look for his mother, a request I denied. I basically told him that if he wants to go look for her, he had better to do it with us, and not without.
If you have reason to believe he will attempt to abscond or otherwise cause issues under your command, then by all means take the measures you deem appropriate under your authority. He is a soldier, and a Bretonian citizen, and you should treat him as that, nothing more, or less.

*The commodore's curt salutation displays his readiness for action, though perhaps a trait more desirable from the common soldiery than a commodore.*
Fleet admiral!
What you say is clear. If he is Anna Heinrich's son, then he can be both a liability and an asset. I will see that he is transferred to either a desk post or a capital ship, where he can't independently go and do what he pleases. I suggest that this is done along with a promotion to commander. Such a rank is better suited for such duties, and it will also be more tempting for treasonous thoughts. It would be ideal if he was caught in such and used as a bargaining tool against his mother. We can't legally imprison or execute a law abiding Bretonian citizen, but a traitor we can. But if you think this is dishonourable, then I ask you to transfer him to some other fleet, far from Dublin and the Omegas, where he won't be tempted. I must say I am against a discharge because then he will leave our grasp and there are no guarantees we will find him ever again. This is all I have to say. Your opinions, sir?
A promotion to Commander is fine, based on his fine service.
As for his posting, I am afraid it will have to wait until the operation in Edinburgh is completed before we post him somewhere out of the way, with most of our combat ready fleets engaged in the operation.
You are in command of the Ark Royal, and seem to have a good hold of the situation, one I do not expect other Board members to have. I would be surprised if he absconds in the middle of the largest combat operation since the end of the war, but if he does, his character will be exposed as a coward.
After the operation, and hopefully with both of you still breathing, we can discuss the long term situation. The Ark Royal, should it survive, will likely have to relieve Grimsby in Leeds, which is a reasonable distance.
