Ladies and Gentlemen, my name is Grand Admiral James McIntosh, leader of the Coalition. Due to recent events, I have decided to advise you of our current state of affairs. These are non-negociable, and we will be sure to remind you of them, should you stray. As it stands, here is the status quo.
[color=#FFFFFF]1: We shall not engage any zoners who do not trespass in Omega 52, do not aid our enemies, and do not offer offence to the Coalition. We shall engage any vessel carrying cardamine or slaves.
2: Zoners shall not engage any members of the SCRA who do not engage them, do not trespass in systems such as Baffin or Omicron 74, and do not infringe on the rights of the zoner nation
3: Neither group shall use bases of planets of the other for repair or resupply without prior permission, nor shall they loiter in the area.
4: Any violation of these conditions by either side shall lead immediatly to resumed bloodshed and violence, something to the Coalition has proven itself to be extremely efficient at. This action may be taken agaist individuals or subgroups, as well as the entire group.
Now, at this time there is one individual warship that has been spotted in Omega 52, bearing Zoner registry, and firing on Coalition pilots. That vessel, currently remaining un-named, shall be destroyed with extreme prejudice by the SCRA as soon as it is spotted again. It shall serve as a warning to those who believe that Omega 52 is still in any way under the juristiction of the Zoner Nation. Cape Verde is destroyed, and the red flag of freedom flies high over our spaces. Police yourselves, as we police ourselves, or you will not like the result.

I am a member of the Zoner council, and an elder Zoner familiar with our customs and traditions.
I am aware of the recent incursion and agree that the un-named ship was out of bounds. From my own standpoint, as I do not speak for the council as a whole, I feel an apology is necessary from said vessel and its captain.
Our ways and customs demand neutrality. A forceful incursion is a prelude to war, and is anathema to our very souls. Perhaps you could see your way toward forgiveness should the apology be imminent and we can begin to break down the barrier between our organizations.
We have grown rich as a peoples due to our willingness to let each to his own. That same spirit is extended to your fine organization.

Comrade, were this the first incursion into Coalition space by members of the Zoners, I would be more willing to forget and forgive. However, the last time such an incursion was made, the group involved was not only unwilling to offer an apology, but actually requested one from me! Me, I ask you? I've drowned a thousand fools in their own blood for less! I hold the balance of the sector in my hands! I AM the Coalition! And I will not offer or accept any apology. Trespassers shall pay in blood, for words appear to be cheap.
For the Revolution! McIntosh out.

Errm... Grand Poobah Appleboy, or whatever it is. The Zoners Council has already expressed its intent to avoid trespasses of your system. As we have already made it clear to our membership that we heavily discourage such activities, we of the RFS Freedom feel that it is time for the matter to be dropped. Should certain Zoners continue to trespass in your system without making a request, it is their fault and no longer an issue for the Council.
We realize that it might be difficult for the leader of the Coalition to understand this, but the Zoners Council is in no way responsible for the actions of either its members or unaffiliated Zoners; it is primarily a body through which we voice common concerns. So if a pilot who happens to be a member of the Council makes a mistake, we are in no way responsible for it.
Long story short, the Council does not have authority over individual Zoners, even if they themselves are a member of said Council.
Thank you, and good night. We would take up your cookie offer, but borscht flavor isn't really our favorite.

Comrade Robinson, I do indeed understand that the Zoner Council is not responsible for the actions of individuals. As I've said, I shall not hold all of you responsible for the actions of an individual, this time. However, if such attacks upon my space persist, I may be forced to take action against the whole, to serve as a warning. This would be unpleasant for you, so might I suggest that, if members of your council do resume their agression against the sovereign people of the coaliton, you might kindly ask them to stop. Or I will.
