Admiral Solandros.
I believe we can achieve a consensus regarding your condition. Here is my offer and it is the best i can give to you. The agency recognizes that the Overwatch has valuable knowledge and experience in combating the nomad threat. We also recognize that you would like to be sure that our own security measures and protocolls are adequate. To this end and in the hopes that our cooperation is smoother if you so choose i can authorize for a couple of liason officers to be allowed to inspect the above mentioned procedures our agency has in place and should they find something that needs improvement their recomandation will be taken into account and later implemented if need be. After this i hope we will be able to work together without the need to treat the other side as potentially or outright incompetent or amateur.
Now. To this end i will make preparations and hopefully the next time we'll be able to discuss theese details in person. We will dispatch [esnxa vobdx brigf aetxf gcfcl krv]. You will be given [bneuu] the exact procedures we curently have in place and as mentioned before, you may submit a list of your recomendations. We intend to use [mnpyb lc] as our base of operations to keep a low profile and not be forced to rely on [xfrfp hwomw xeoi]. As a sudden increase in our presence in [ebptp cqlmq fn] and by extension [icofr cwzmq gdyc] would raise too much suspicion. I hope theese conditions are okay with you.
Marcus Jefferson,
Director of Clandestine Operations Liberty Intelligence Agency
Your openess to our condition to this collaboration is refreshing, here's hoping this is the start of a fruitful cooperation.
We have no objection to the planned presence of your vessel; it would be unrealistic to expect your pilots to operate without somewhere for maintenance.
As for a location, I would recommend the Kiribati Asteroid Field, it is less frequented by the locals, particularly the further south west you go.
If this goes well, perhaps we can invite some of your men to visit our space for more formal relations.
Looking forward to seeing your pilots in space Director Jefferson.

Thank you for the suggestion, we'll take it into consideration. Finishing preparations will take about one standard day and we estimate our arrival in three standard day from today. I'll also would like to ask you if there are any additional supplies or equipment you'd like us to bring for you as a token of friendship? I'm sure you have your own suppliers and established ways for this but a little extra here and there can never hurt. If there are such supplies you would like us to bring, then please forward it to me within twelve standard hours.
Marcus Jefferson,
Director of Clandestine Operations Liberty Intelligence Agency
Your gesture is appreciated.
Many of our ranks come from Liberty, I'm sure they would appreciate some traditional Libertonian food and drink to remind them of the days they weren't considered terrorists back home. As for equipment, snub weaponry is always welcome. Edge world tech is sturdy, but it often lacks the refinement and eye for detail of House weaponry. Extra Shields would be most welcome as well.
I have a report on my desk stating the operation in Omicron Nu was a success, your men have my commendations for performing admirably.
While we are waiting for the convoy to arrive I thought it may be pertinent to inform you of another infected threat going on in Sirius.
As you may know the Outcasts have declared war on us some time ago, considering some of their people worship the Nomads this hardly came as a surprise.
However, ever since the declaration of war we have been closely monitoring their movements as well as their communications.
One such transmission we were able to intercept is a public news bulletin by the "Maltese Society News" network.
While the Order has long considered Auxesia a risk to humanity based on their 'cybernetic' philosophies alone, it seems the Outcasts of all people
exposed them to be an even greater threat than we thought.
Should another relevant transmission be intercepted we'll be sure to notify you.

I too recieved the reports about our operation in Nu and suffice to say i'm more than satisfied with the results, I would also take this opportunity to congratulate the order personell who took part in the operation. I also recieved reports that our operation in Delta is proceeding well. I also hope you found good use for our "gift" we brought to you. You know the one.
Now to the more interesting news. You may or may not know that the Technocracy has been a thorn in Liberty's eyes for far too long. Recently the republic once again declared them enemies of the state for reasons i do not wish to detail at this moment. This news report you've sent us indeed seems to indicate a far bigger problem than we first thought, if it is true that is. But if it is then we might face a bigger problem than either of us realize. Reports suggest that the Auxessia has a close relation with the Insurgency wich only complicates things further. If i may suggest a course of action. I would advise you to send in operatives to investigate the exact relation between theese organizations so as to get a clearer picture of the situation. And act accordingly. To this end, should you choose to do this i will allocate the required personell and resources as i don't expect the order to do this alone. The region theese organizations are most active is for all intents and purposes Liberty's own backyard or de facto Liberty. In other words this current turn of events could jeopardize our operations elswhere in the long run. You can't really focus on things outside when your own backyard needs serious cleanup. I await your answer.

It comes as no surprise that Auxesia has shown their true colors in Liberty, one can only hide them for so long.
Of course the same could be said for the Core, but we will wait patiently for them to prove us right.
As for the insurgency, Hellfire was always quite decisive when it came to handling any potential nomad threats.
However, I cannot rule out the chance that in the chaos of the merger with the so called seperatists some infected might have infiltrated their ranks.
The Order wont take action against them yet however; infections are a delicate thing to confirm and we try to practice restraint when it comes to acting overzealously on rumors.
That said, I will reach out to some trusted connections and see if they can look around, if only to address these concerns.
The Seperatists, merged or not, know that we are only interested in combating the Nomads and their ilk. I do not expect them to be hostile given our intentions.
As for another combined operation though, perhaps it would be a good opportunity to 'strike while the iron is hot' and act on the momentum Liberty has against Auxesia.
I recommend we reach out to the Crayter Republic and see about organizing a united scout group or raid party against the Auxesians.
Perhaps operating from the Cortez system as neutral grounds would be best?

Admiral Solandros.
From your words i take it you have a neutral or friendly relation with the Crayter Republic. A joint operation in Cortez and bordering systems against the Technocracy is an interesting concept. If the Crayterians get on board with such an endeveur we could hand our enemy a devastating blow. To that end i once again suggest that you reach out to the Crayter military and test the waters if they wish to take part in this operation. If needed I will also approach them with the same offer but frankly the LIA had minimal contact with them so far. In other words I intend to leave this matter in your capable hands.

While i'm sure that both of us were occupied with various tasks i send this message to assure you that the LIA did not sit idly by waiting for your response. As you may or may not know recently the Technocracy launched an offensive against the Crayter forces in Coronado primarily focusing on a station in orbit of Yuma. This promted the agency and liberty in general to commit more assets into the region to defend our neighbors and liberty's interests. The navy already had a presence there with Task Force Yellowstone and this agression from Auxo only achieved to further increase the number of assets assigned to said task force. While [mnpyb lc] remains in the region to support our efforts in [ebptp cqlmq fn] i arranged with the help of our Domestic protection department the allocation of agents and craft in the region. And also prepared a draft for a recon mission into the system of [fhwfp bvuy], which i will provide to you via secured chanel. I hope your efforts in contacting the Crayter military about the joint operation we discussed earlier went well.
Marcus Jefferson,
Director of Clandestine Operations Liberty Intelligence Agency
First of all allow me to offer my apologies for my delayed response.
Local matters required my attention, but they should be dealt with now.
The Crayter Republic is willing to join us in our efforts against Auxesia, no doubt
eager to launch a counter assault to alleviate some of the pressure around the
station around Yuma that you mentioned. After all, Auxesia wont be able to go on the
offensive if they are forced to play defense for a bit.
